We have a beautiful tri-level southwest home just off I-70 five minutes West of Golden and one exit from Evergreen. This house is great for family gatherings. House sits on more than four acres on a mountain 15 minutes West of downtown Denver at a 7800-foot elevation. In the winter you can ski Breck, Aspen, A Basin, Frisco or Winter Park all day and enjoy downtown Denver afterwards. In the summer you can enjoy whitewater rafting in Idaho Springs and enjoy fantastic golf courses, mountain and road biking, mountain climbing, hiking trails and fishing just minutes away. Enjoy excellent summertime birding. You see Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Steller's Jay's and other great birds. Black Hawk and Central City Casinos are 20 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheater is five minutes away. For weddings at Chief Hosa lodge have your family and relatives 2 minutes away. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$3000-$4000/monthly + $250 cleanning fee & applicable state taxes. Security deposit of $2000 by personal check is required. The deposit is fully refundable pending inspection of property after departure. Rental fee can be paid by check or credit card, a 2% credit card fee is assessed. Half (50%) of the rental fee is required to hold the reservation date. All cancellations are subject to a $750 cancellation fee. We rented this house for a week for a relative's wedding. We live overseas and had no trouble organizing the rental via the Internet. The location is great for shopping--about 12 minutes from Colorado Mills (realy more Evergreen than Golden though.) Lots of wildlife--saw huge deer, and a neighbor's dog who is super friendly. TVs and internet are great. Gas fireplace was too complicated to use, but the house was super warm/ insulated. Loved the kitchen, although the knives do need to be replaced. Fabulous deck to hang out/watch airplanes. Did not use the downstairs beds, but we were comfortable with the three upstairs. Found the fans provided nice background noise. Overall--very nice, excellent location (although nothing to walk too, the grocery store etc. are maybe 5 minutes away), neat wildlife, and well furnished.

Scott - Your house in Golden is absolutly fantastic!! Our stay for the Widespread Panic 3 day run at Red Rocks more then met our expectations. The house slept 12 very comfortably and the location is perfect. The house is very accomidating to parties of our size. We spent most of our time on the porch breathing in that mountain air. Your house helped make our trip one of the best yet (going on 6 years seeing Widespread Panic at Red Rocks). Can't tell you how much we appreciated it, we are forever grateful!! Thank You!!
