House sits on four and one-half acres on a mountain 15 minutes West of downtown Denver at a 7800 foot elevation. In the winter you can can ski Breck, Aspen, A Basin, Frisco or Winter Park all day and enjoy downtown Denver afterwards. In the summer you can enjoy whitewater rafting in Idaho Springs and enjoy fantastic golf courses, mountain and road biking, mountain climbing, hiking trails and fishing just minutes away. Enjoy excellent summertime birding. You see Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Steller's Jay's and other great birds. Black Hawk and Central City Casinos are 20 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheater is five minutes away. For weddings at Chief Hosa lodge have your family and relatives 2 minutes away. Enjoy Colorado! |

$1500 for 3 night minimum, $2625/week, $9000 month, plus applicable state taxes. Call for questions about customized scheduling. We require a refundable deposit of $2000 by personal check. The fee can be paid by credit card or check. Half of the fee is required to hold the date and is non refundable if you cancel with less than 120 days notice.
