This private St. John residence has a guest suite with it's own private entrance, bath, and terrace, all in a smoke free environment.
The suite is approximately 250 square feet, furnished in Italian travertine marble floors and bath, as well as handmade teak and cedar furnishings. Attention to detail shows throughout the suite from the luxurious sheets on the deluxe queen-size beds. The suite offers you a private terrace to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Sail View is nestled on a hillside 300 feet above sea level over looking Coral Bay Harbor. Five minutes away you will find many excellent restaurants and shopping. Sailview is ten minutes to St. John's north shore with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. South shore beaches are 15 minutes away. Cruz Bay, St. John's bustling center of activity, is 25 minutes away.
The suite is air-conditioned and comes equipped with a small refrigerator, coffeemaker, all your linen needs and a welcome basket of goodies.
For those who would like to prepare their meals, there is a deck with outdoor kitchen. Including sink, grill with cook top, microwave, toaster oven, blender, outdoor dining area, fully equipped with utensils and dishes for your use.
In addition the suite has cable TV and a DVD. There is a Wifi as well. Beach towels, chairs, and mini-coolers are also available. Sail View is a smoke free environment.
Mike and Eileen are 30-year residents of the Virgin Islands and will gladly offer advice and recommendations to ensure your stay on St. John is truly a memorable one.

We stayed in January 2010 before we were were married. Staying with Mike and Eileen was like staying with family. Eileen greeted my husband and me with cocktails to help us relax after a long day of travel and preparations for the wedding. What a perfect way to end a hectic day. The accommodations are the quality of a five star hotel. The guest suites are absolutely beautiful thanks to the craftsmanship of Mike. After staying there, you will want Mike to handcraft your furniture like that of Sailview. Eileen and Mike have thought of everything you could possibly want and need during your stay from coffee, homemade bread, yogurt and juice in your room, to beach chairs, towels, and cooler for your day trips. Even though you don't have a kitchen in your room, you can still prepare your food and dine on the outdoor deck complete with cooking utensils and equipment necessary for grilling. Or, you can dine alone on your own table chairs outside your room for added privacy. No matter where you have your coffee or cocktails, the views from your suite, the deck, or private patio will leave you breathless. Book early as Sailview is sure to book fast and have many, many repeat guest like my husband and me.

We've just returned from our second stay at Sail View, and we'll be back again. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated and have a stunning view of Coral Bay harbor. We used the outdoor kitchen every morning for breakfast, and enjoyed time on the deck in the morning and evening. There are beach chairs and coolers available for your use. The in-room refrigerator was stocked with some food and drinks when we arrived. And above all, Mike & Eileen made us feel very welcome on their property. There's really nothing I can think of that's missing. I'm convinced that you will not find a better value on St. John.
