Sail View, St. John - Reasonably Priced, Well Appointed, Guest Suites - This private St. John residence has two private guest suites each with their own private entrance, bath, and terrace. All in a smoke free environment.
Each suite is approximately 250 square feet, furnished in Italian travertine marble floors and baths as well as handmade teak and cedar furnishings. Attention to detail shows throughout these suites from the handmade armoires to the luxurious sheets on the deluxe queen-size beds. Each suite offers you a private terrace to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Sail View is nestled on a hillside 300 feet above sea level over looking Coral Bay Harbor. Five minutes away you will find many excellent restaurants and shopping, ten minutes to St. John's north shore beaches, where you can bask in the sun at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and 25 minutes to Cruz Bay, St. John's bustling center of activity.
Each suite has its own private entrance for you to come and go as you please. The suites are air-conditioned and come equipped with a small refrigerator, coffeemaker, and a welcome basket of goodies.
For those who would like to prepare their meals, there is a shared deck with outdoor kitchen. Including, sink, grill with cook top, microwave, toaster oven, blender, outdoor dining area, fully equipped with utensils and dishes for your use.
In addition each suite has cable TV and a DVD player for viewing pleasure. There is a DVD and book Library available as well as WiFi. Beach towels, chairs, and mini-coolers are also available. Sail View is a smoke free environment. The suites have an adjoining door so that the both suites maybe rented as one unit.
You will immediately feel right at home with your hosts' warm and inviting hospitality. Mike and Eileen are 30-year residents of the Virgin Islands and will gladly offer advice and recommendations to ensure your stay on St. John is truly memorable one.
