You cannot find a closer resort community to Walt Disney World - only two miles and less than a five-minute drive away. This home was completed in March, 2007. Enjoy the upscale decor which includes only the finest home furnishings. The yard includes an extended screened lanai with a private pool and spa. Unlimited long distance phone calls in the U.S. and Canada. High speed wireless internet Rates starting at $135 per night plus tax. Great Room: Queen sleeper sofa with love seat The family room includes a 35" cable TV with DVD and Playstation 2. For your convenience, movie rentals are also available on-site in the clubhouse. There are 6 T.V.'s in the home. Kitchen: All appliances Tile flooring Cookware and table setting for 10 guests Washer and dryer in utility room Bedrooms: 1: Master bedroom with King bed 2: Master bedroom with King bed 3: Master bedroom with King bed 4: Queen bed 5: Two twin beds 5: Two twin beds All bath and hand towels plus linen are provided. Pool: Large private heated pool with covered patio. Patio has four chairs and two loungers with an umbrella table located under covered lanai. Jacuzzi spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool-it is not a hot tub. Game Room: The game room has Ping Pong, Air Hockey and a Pool Table. Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, ping-pong tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.
