We are only 1/2 block to famous historic Flagler Avenue with its unique shops, wonderful restaurants, and popular night life. The absolute BEST location for a Condo. Pamper yourself at the spectacular "Spa at Riverview" or breakfast at New Smyrna Beach's famous "Beacon Restaurant", both located on Flagler Avenue within walking distance from our condo. The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful oceanfront pool, tennis court, and clubhouse equipped with refrigerator, restrooms, and tables for your gatherings. Step from our pool onto the sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, bicycle and play.
We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. The west coast of Florida is less than two hours away. New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping and dining.
We are on the 5th floor with an ocean front view from our large balcony accessed from both our living room and master bedroom. Our condominium is almost 1250 square feet and fully equipped with washer and dryer and all the amenities you would need to make your vacation perfect! Park in our private garage too!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large vanity area, together with a large walk-in closet. Relax in the living room on a comfortable recliner or sofa (which converts to a queen-size bed). The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area, which overlook the Ocean. We have two televisions, two DVD/VCR players, playstation with games, cards, puzzles and two phones for your convenience. We also have two beach bicycles, boogie boards and beach toys for use, located in our private garage.
We have a portable crib and booster chair.

This condo was wonderful. So quiet and relaxing. Beautiful beach and the waves could be heard inside the condo as if you were on the beach 24/7. Kay, the owner was great to work with. Can't wait for our return trip.

My wife and I stayed here during Thanksgiving 2011 and we can't wait to get back. What you see in the pictures really doesn't do justice to the place. Absolute beach front (you can see and hear the ocean without getting out of the kingsize bed) with all you could ask for. I would recommend this property to everyone! Kay, the owner, was super to work with and the on-site managers were great, too!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We just returned from our vacation in New Smyrna Beach. If you're looking for a nice quiet condo, I would definitely suggest you take a look at this. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. The beach and pool are great and the location is perfect. Thanks Kay for the use of your condo we truly enjoyed our stay.

We just returned from a fabulous two week vacation at the Watermark. The owner (Kay) and the on-site manager (Rick) were wonderful to deal with and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. The website photos clearly show what you're getting but photos cannot possibly capture the sense of relaxation you will actually enjoy. You have all the comforts of home PLUS the view, the pool, excellent restaurants and the list goes on. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wishing to have a relaxing Florida vacation. Can't wait to go back!

I just spent Christmas 2009 with my family in this condo. It was the greatest vacation ever the location is perfect. We could not ask for anything more in a condo. You can hear the ocean outside the patio doors, watch dolphins from the balcony. The condo has all the comforts of home for cooking, sleeping , and life on the beach.
