Our condominium is a one bedroom two bath unit. It has been rated Platinum (highest rating) by the on-site management group. The kitchen has been upgraded with Corean countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a Rowe queen sleeper and the bedroom has a King size bed with an excellent Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattress a beautiful armoire and a 27 inch flat screen TV. The balcony has very nice patio furniture. There is a 30 inch flat screen TV and a stereo and DVD in the living room. We also have 4 beach lounge chairs and 2 beach umbrella in the condo for use on the beach.

We stay in this condo last year. It was great. Owner was such a nice man to work with. Got our deposit back quickly. Would have stayed in the condo this year but could not get it for the dates we needed. Would recommend this condo to anyone!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I had brought some problems to attention with owner early in our stay, but when we checked out we had deductions from our deposit for these problems. First, was soiled matress which we noted about 7-10 days after we took posession; and other was badly spotted carpet. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures, so didn't have enough proof to substantiate and these items weren't checked until we left. Took six months to get any deposit back; said check got lost in mail and rather than stop payment he waited six months to send another.

We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th and had a great time. This was our first time at this property and I highly recommend it. We come to Panama City Beach almost every year, and we definitely would stay here again. We've learned the hard way that Front Beach Road condos take FOREVER to get anywhere, and this one was ideally located right along the Thomas Drive strip at the end so it was very convenient to all the restaurants and night life without the headache of heavy traffic. The condo unit was very nice, very nice appliances and nicely furnished. And the bonus of having the beach chair included with the unit was a plus. We definitely will use this unit again!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

When we entered the unit, all my fears of the unknown disapeared. This was perfect for my wife, two children and myself. It was exceptionally clean and decorated nicely. The kids especially enjoyed the bunks. At night we sat on the pool deck and listened to the bands play at Schooners (you could not hear the bands from inside). We ended up here on the weekend of 'Thunder on the Beach' and were not disturbed by the many motorcycles. We will deffinately stay here again.
