Situated in an old historic village of 3,000 inhabitants with an old bridge over a river, an 11th century church, beautiful walks. Town also has a bakery, pharmacy, small grocery, and good restaurant.
An ideal place for a getaway--suitable for long walks in the country and meals in the garden. Train station is 10 minutes away by car and the train ride into Paris only 35 minutes.
Useful to have a rental car while renting the house. Although the village has basic shops, there is much to visit in the region !
