Sea Vista is located at MM17 Oceanside. We are 12 miles outside of Key West. The home is located right on 350' of private beach. Sugarloaf Beach is all privately owned and gated. There is NO public access. You will see no one here other than us and the other guests.
Home has central A/C, full kitchen and satellite TV. Home is fully furnished with linens and dishes. Has washer and dryer.
The property consists of 4 acres of bamboo, coconut palms, tropical flora, bananas, and tropical fruit trees. Plenty of room for parking and boat trailers.
Beautiful tropical rock pool with slide and grotto. In pool bar seating covered by chickee hut. Beach and poolside chickee huts. 500' dock for your boat. Great fishing,snorkeling and lobstering from the beach and dock. Grills, bicycles, and kayaks included in rental.
