About the owner: My wife and I purchased our second home in the mid eighties for our family to enjoy. During the summer months we rent out to other families so they can experience the joys of the Jersey Shore as we have. Each year there is a project or renovation we endure and take pride in. From the custom wanescoating in the dining room to replacing carpets and beds. The work never ends, but it is all worth it to see the happiness and satisfaction on people's faces when they enter or leave our home.

Ample off street parking with plenty of room for an extra outdoor area. With central AC you can escape the heat of the day inside. We also have a fully enclosed outdoor shower with lighting and hot water. Perfect for washing off the sand or relaxing outdoors. There is also a full washer and dryer with the addition of an clothesline for sun dried linens. Additionally beach badges are covered, four are supplied for you and your guests to enjoy beautiful Ortley Beach. This is not your average shore house, it is in excellent condition and owner cared for, for over 26 years.
