A group of four, including myself just back from this cozy getaway. We all were very pleased with the location! Pictures are pretty accurate but I don't think they give the view of the lake any justice! The house was clean, had fresh towels, and also included the cleaning fee. The home is spacious for 4 people and comfortable for 6. Close to Hunter Mountain, so its real easy to get some slope time in. Nick is a great person to work with; he is helpful and responsive. What more could you ask for! If you are thinking about this rental, I'd say go for it!

We rented the house this past weekend & had an amazing time! Absolutely beautiful views right off a lake, very close to the ski slopes & the home owner was VERY accommodating and a pleasure to work with!

Took my kids out skiing for the first time - rented house for 2 days - very reasonable for holiday season - we had a total blast, clean, cozy house with backyard on the lake, fireplace, firepit - gorgeous location. Nick was great to answer any question any time. And skiing is like 1 minute by car. Kids totally loved it and didn't want to leave. BBQing in the back, quiet time by the lake, skiing all day - in short, it was great. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot Nick.

This is a great house with a very helpful owner. I went to this place with my family and friends for three nights twice and we had a great time. The house is right on the water with breathtaking views. The kitchen also has great appliances. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and available at all times for any questions regarding the property. I would recommend this location, and look forward to reserving it again for another adventure! This was a very nice getaway house and we left with only happy memories! Thank you!

This is a great house with a very helpful owner. I went to this place with four friends for three nights and we had a great time. The house is right on the water, which is lovely. The kitchen also has great appliances, and we got to use the two small boats on the lake. The only thing that we were a bit surprised about was the fact that we only occupied the ground floor, and there were other guests on the top floor, with whom we shared the lake access and the boats. The advertisement for the house does say ground floor property, but just keep in mind that there may be other guests sharing the house. Having said that, this was a very nice getaway house and we left with only happy memories!

We stayed in this wonderful cottage for my boyfriends 40th birthday. The accommodations were excellent and just as described. The owners were available for any questions and were great in helping me get this trip set up on short notice. The area is very close to the ski mountain but we opted for a quiet weekend with a fire in the fireplace and plenty of much needed relaxation. Beautiful view of the lake right out the front sliding glass door! Plenty of room for our german shepard Chinny also. He really liked the snow and sitting by the fire. Thanks for the great vacation we will be back!

The accomodations were perfect for our group "getaway". Only 1 mile from Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl. An easy neighborhood walk, if so desired. Perfect location for the Mtn. Jam music festival, Skiing, Zip Line,and many other outdoor activities. A great jump off point to explore the surrounding mountains. The village of Hunter is just over a mile away. Although we came prepared, the village has shopping, gas and eateries. The village of Tannersville is just down the road (to the east towards the thruway), and has even more ammenities. The property was fully stocked with our daily needs, neat and clean. There is ample parking and a nice view of the lake. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and available at all times for any questions regarding the property. I would recommend this location, and look forward to reserving it again for another adventure!

My family and I just got back from a weekend of skiing in Hunter, NY and stayed at the best place ever. Not only were we able to bring our Lab, but the view of the lake from the back was so beautiful. It was less than a mile from the ski area and the people we rented from were so nice and friendly. They thought of everything for their guests. It was well stocked with so many items you need and very very clean and roomy. We will definitely we going back again, and I would love to go back over the summer to utilize the lake.
