This home has a sandy beach just steps from the door and all the comforts of home, including a gourmet kitchen with all appliances, high speed wireless Internet access, 42 inch plasma TV with expanded cable, washer/dryer, VCR/DVD, CD player and stereo system, wood burning fireplace, open living spaces, vaulted ceilings, heated tile floors in the main bathroom, feather mattress toppers and down comforters, and a bathroom for every bedroom. There is a mooring buoy if you plan to bring a boat. The home sleeps up to eight people in three queen beds and two twin beds.

Lovely beach house in great location only 10 miles from Clinton Ferry. House is accurate to pictures with amazing views and beach access right out the door. Miles of beach for walking. Brought kayak and paddled right from back door. Lovely owner, Laurie, helpful and kind. Friendly neighbors. Enjoyed the weekend with family and friends. Lots of space to enjoy.

The birthday weekend I spent here was fantastic and so special: we expected it to be rainy and quiet in the winter be we got so much more! The view was spectacular (exactly what we expected from the pictures) and we enjoyed waking up to the surprise of snow at the beach-- absolutely beautiful and serene! The accommodations were great, the house looked exactly like it did in the pictures, it was immaculate and the kitchen is fully equipped for any gourmet meal you can imagine. We had a little issue with the heater but Laurie responded immediately and helped us fix it over the phone. Great experience and looking forward to going back!

Four years in a row and each visit out did than the last. It has become a tradition to meet at the "Blue Heron" each Fall and enjoy good food, good wine and a fabulous setting. Lots of space and bathrooms for everyone to feel like they have their own oasis. Natural wood burning fireplace, a gourmet kitchen and mere steps to the ocean to top it all off.

The photos do not do the property justice, it was beyond our expectations. Have stayed over the Veteran's Day holiday in November for the past 4 years with a group of friends and have always had a fabulous time. Well laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom/en suite. The beach is steps from the front door. Gourmet kitchen stocked with every appliance one could hope.
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

Spent a long weekend with eight friends and everyone felt they had plenty of personal space. Nice rooms, plenty of bathrooms/showers. The living area is very nice - gorgeous views to the water, comfortable layout and furnishings. Kitchen is small but well appointed. Excellent location.
