This charming modern cottage is adjacent to the oldest Bed and Breakfast in Estes Park. The cottage has a bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom. There is a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The living room has a full-size pull out couch and a single rollaway is available for a 5th guest. Off the living room is a lovely balcony with stunning views of the Continental Divide. Enjoy modern conveniences and amenities in a historic setting.
The cottage is within easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants allowing you to leave the car and avoid the hassle of parking. The Rocky Mtn National Park is only three miles away making this location pretty unbeatable. If you are familiar with Estes Park and you know where the famous Donut Haus is, the cottage is across the street and a block up Davis Hill.
Feel free to enjoy the large front porch of the Davis Hill Historic Bed and Breakfast with plenty of comfortable seating. On site laundry facility is provided, as well as access to a grill and camp fire.
