When I lived here for a year, I loved how accessible the condominium is to skiing in the winter. I would laugh as I walked to the Gondola in about 2 minutes, while others in the complex waited for the free shuttle to take them there from the front door. Of course, with small kids, this shuttle to the Gondola is a convenient amenity. Leave your car at home, the shuttle will get you anywhere in town, and the whole mountain village is easy and fun walking distance. There is even a great Southwestern Restaurant called La Montana and a small grocery/spirits store called Market on the Mountain right next door to this location.
At the end of the ski day, you can ski to within 113 foot steps of the back door, I know, I counted! Very convenient!
In the summer, the condominium stays cool! The hiking and mountain biking trails on the lower mountain serve as a great short-cut to the restaurants & shopping Ski Time Square and Gondola Square, making it a walk of just a few minutes. Please call me if you have any questions! |
