Why the Owner Chose Fairways of Capri
Location is nearby beaches, in a small quaint community with historic downtown area but larger shopping and theater in the vicinity. Many golf courses, family activities and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world are within a 20 minute drive. Close enough to Walt Disney, to major sports events and state tours for a day trip but far enough from the bustle of a big city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy hunting for shark teeth at Casperson beach. Spending time at Siesta Key beach in the summer and catching a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game during season. During the winter, we drive up to see a Tampa Bay Bucks game and enjoy the holidays in Venice. For pizza it is Bogeys or Buddys, for Mexican we enjoy Mi Casa and for lunch TJ Carneys. The sprinkler pad in downtown is a great break from the sun when we are shopping.

We have owned and managed our condo since 2000. Our family of three vacations to our units each year to visit friends and family. We live in southeast Michigan and look forward to our visits to Venice every time we can get away.

Thank you we enjoyed our stay a lot during the two weeks we stayed this summer. The area was very nice, condo was in a good condition and everything went well. I can definetly recommend this to everyone!

We stayed here in December 2008. Found it to be clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. Vehicle a must for shopping and the numerous area attractions and beaches. Had problem with water-heater on our 3d day, but an immediate response/remedy by owners to get problem rectified. Enjoyed location, weather, and dealing with owners so much we made arrangement SAP to get unit again this coming December. Staying in this unit exceeded our expectations of previous stays in timeshare units.
