This year treat yourself to our comfortable and convenient Nordic Village home located in lower Deer Valley, just 1/4 mile from the Snow Park Lodge. Our five bedroom, five and one half bath home is perfect to accommodate a large group or family. This year we are pleased to offer flexible pricing for parties of six or less that would still like to enjoy the privacy of a cozy, private home (contact us for details).
Our home can accommodate up to twelve people with a king bed in the master suite, queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms, a California king or two twin size beds in the fourth bedroom, and two sets of twin size bunks in the fifth bedroom. There are two very comfortable sofas that can accommodate two more guests. Each bedroom has a private bath for your family or group members' privacy.
Perfect for entertaining, the dining table accommodates 10 people and has easy access to the completely equipped gourmet kitchen and eat-in bar area. Great sunny views and a huge deck with a beautiful new hot tub greet you when you return from an exhilarating day on the slopes. Our home offers a pool table, ping pong table, Wii game system, and four TV's with cable for everyone's enjoyment. There two office areas complete with Wi-Fi access, printer and fax machine for those wishing to get a little work done during their vacation.
There is a two car attached garage for those who wish to have the convenience of a car. For others, the shuttle stop for Park City's free shuttle system is only .2 miles from the front door giving easy access to the Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and The Canyons Resorts as well as all the great restaurants and fun spots on Park City's Historic Main Street.
Our local staff is always on hand to make sure you have the best ski vacation ever. They are available to answer any questions or take care of any challenges that may arise during your visit.

Each time I visit Park City and Deer Valley this is my lodging of choice. Sometimes, it's with my husband, visiting friends or playing in a bridge tournament in Salt Lake City...the drive to SLC is surprisingly quick and we get to enjoy the beauty of the mountains when not playing bridge. It's been perfect. Annually, it's been a girls' excursion to the Sundance Film Festival...and the house is perfect for a large group of people, even in the kitchen as we make our gourmet meals each night. Each of the bedrooms are roomy and provide the necessary personal space when vacationing with a group. You can't go wrong with staying at this home!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We have stayed here several times. It is a large and spacious home that is fully equipped. It is warm and comfortable with all the modern conveniences. It is close to the Deer Valley slopes. It is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

Ideal residence for experiencing all that Deer Valley has to offer. After one stay at the Stein Erickson Lodge, our family has returned to this meticulously maintained home for a week in summer and winter for more than five years. It is more luxurious and more comfortable than the expensive resorts. Park City is minutes away, with its restaurants, shopping, ski resort, golf course, etc. Highest recommendation.

The three level layout of this wonderful house makes it ideal for a large family or multi-family vacation. And it is especially great for people who like to cook / entertain. There are three bedrooms with their own private baths on the top level -- great for the parents or grandparents. The lower level features a game room with pool or ping pong, TV and sitting area. There are also two bedrooms that sleep up to 6 people. These are all single beds -- great for kids and teenagers. The kids love it because they have their own place to hang. The middle level has high ceilings with great views of the mountains, a fabulous gourmet kitchen with casual counter dining as well as a large dining area and living room with great couches and chairs for curling up with book. And the icing on the cake is large jacuzzi with views of the mountains and the resort. This house hits the perfect note between upscale and cozy. Grab your best friends, all of your kids and go! More: * The property was better than we expected. It was perfectly maintained and the property manager was very responsive. It is less than 5 minutes from the ski resort and 10 minutes from Park City where there is wonderful dining and shopping. To ski, you can just call the shuttle and not hassle with driving. Plus people can go at different times and Deer Valley has overnight complimentary ski valet, so just hop on the bus. Warning: this kind of ski vacationing can spoil you. It has us. We are very satisfied repeat customers.
