Low Season .. $660/night (3 night minimum)
rental fee based on 2 adults/night. $15 add'l person charge over age 12.
Deposit of 1/2 amount of total required to secure reservation
Balance, including 5.5% WI sales tax and 6.5% Town tax due upon check-in
Cancellation of reservation must be done 30 days before check-in date
reservations cancelled before 30 day period receive deposit less $100 handling
Check in after 3pm, Check out is 11am
