The Rio House yard is partially fenced with an outdoor grill and lots of seating to view the beautiful desert night skies full of endless stars. There are several mountain ranges in walking distance where bobcat, bighorn, tortoise and eagles are often seen.

Why the Owner Chose Joshua Tree
I am an avid rock climber and bought this house because of the location to the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park- just 1/2 mile. It is also located in the Monument Manor where most homes are on 5 acres or more, giving everyone room to breathe!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The back yard is very private. I am adding a hot tub this year along with a shade structure and some more landscaping. I want people to feel as if they are out in nature while still having the comforts of home, and I think The Rio House provides this.
