The interior of Villa W is graced with marble floors, granite countertops, and Canterra tile. The master suite has its own entrance from the courtyard, and is very private with a kitchenette and full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The formal dining room allows seating for 10, with additional breakfast-bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything a gourmet chef could desire and also opens up to the outdoor deck area.
The outdoor area features a large pool deck, infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi tub, and lovely teak furniture for outdoor dining. Surrounding the pool are private sun beds for lounging. (One sunbed includes an enclosable privacy curtain.) While enjoying the outdoor space, guests can cool off with a beverage from the large outdoor bar.

Villa W is a unique property, as it is the largest Villa for rent in the Pedregal. It is also the only Villa with a Private Club (available for an additional cost), including Laser Lights, Full Bar, Dj Booth, 2 Flat Screen Tv's, Dvd player, Mirrors, etc. Please ask for additional information!
Cabo Marina is where all the Boats and Yachts are located in Cabo San Lucas.
Cabo Malecon is the board walk where many bars and restaurants are located.

I originally came to Cabo in 1987 on a Fishing Trip, and fell in love with it. I looked for the perfect location, that had unobstructed white water views, and plenty of room to build my own custom home. I built my first house in Cabo, Casa Theodor vrbo.com listing number 171676, in 1993. My next door neighbor came to me in 2004, and asked if I wanted to purchase his Villa. It was only 3 bedrooms, but had plenty of room to expand. I purchased the Villa in 2005, and it took 18 months to remodel the Villa from the 3 bedrooms it had into the 14 bedrooms it has today. I hope that you will enjoy Villa W as much as my friends, family, and I have enjoyed it, and look forward to hosting you soon.

I spent a weekend at Casa W with a group of friends to celebrate our 30th birthdays. The house and view were absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Cabo!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
