The interior of Casa W is graced with marble floors, granite countertops, and Canterra tile. The master suite has its own entrance from the courtyard, and is very private with a kitchenette and full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The formal dining room allows seating for 10, with additional breakfast-bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything a gourmet chef could desire and also opens up to the outdoor deck area.
The outdoor area features a large pool deck, infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi tub, and lovely teak furniture for outdoor dining. Surrounding the pool are private sun beds for lounging. (One sunbed includes an enclosable privacy curtain.) While enjoying the outdoor space, guests can cool off with a beverage from the large outdoor bar.

I had 21 friends fly down the weekend of 3/29/12 for my bachelor party. I rented Casa W and Casa Theodore. This is the way to do it. So much better (and more affordable) than staying at a hotel. Michael and his team will take care of all your needs during your stay. From dinner reservations to beer runs. I would STRONGLY recommend getting a chef and butler for weekend. The Mexican Cuisine our chef created was nothing short of amazing----this is no exaggeration. We did brunch and dinner every day of our stay. It was so nice waking up food and having a casual dinner before heading out for the evening. Accommodations--- nothing short of perfect. From the pools to the setting, it was nothing short of paradise. Both places were immaculately clean. And plenty of hot water! Guys--don't worry about being able to cut loose. We hung out at the pool into the early morning. No issues with noise. We were very respectful but certainly not angels. The setting is very private. Hopefully this is my last bachelor party but not my last time getting back to Casa W and Theodore.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house has all you could ask for, including it's very own private disco with all inclusive alcohol and great food, ( an option they offer) as well as a strobe light, stage and lounge area. We partied all night until the sun came up without any outside interruptions. For those who want to cater to exclusive guests without any paparazzi, there is no better place in Cabo! Enjoy whitewater views from each room, and a full kitchen facility to make your own food if you want, or you can be pampered by the Chef or the cook. Kind, efficient and professional cleaning service every day, and a maintenance crew on call if you need any help with the pool or jacuzzi etc. Tons of deck room, outside shower, outside bar and kitchenette, canopy lounge areas, two beds outside if you want to sleep under the stars, fire pit that really works, heat lamps for the cooler evenings by the pool, as well as marble everywhere and fine quality environment if you are into luxury. The free snacks they provide are amazing and always just what we needed. The water throughout the house is filtered, even the showers, and the bathtubs could easily welcome more than one person for a romantic evening. The gated community at the Pedregal, and the private security guard were an extra bonus that made us all feel a bit like royalty. The beach is clean and within a few minutes from the front door and the site seeing and adventure packages they provided were as well organized and exciting as any true five star hotel. Could not have asked for anything more!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I spent a weekend at Casa W with a group of friends to celebrate our 30th birthdays. The house and view were absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Cabo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I originally came to Cabo in 1987 on a Fishing Trip, and fell in love with it. I looked for the perfect location, that had unobstructed white water views, and plenty of room to build my own custom home. I built my first house in Cabo, Casa Theodor vrbo.com listing number 171676, in 1993. My next door neighbor came to me in 2004, and asked if I wanted to purchase his Villa. It was only 3 bedrooms, but had plenty of room to expand. I purchased the Villa in 2005, and it took 18 months to remodel the Villa from the 3 bedrooms it had into the 14 bedrooms it has today. I hope that you will enjoy Villa W as much as my friends, family, and I have enjoyed it, and look forward to hosting you soon.
