A drive to Little Lameshur Bay on the island's south shore, just 20 minutes from Estate Emmaus, offers the chance to enjoy some of the area's best snorkeling, especially along the rocky outcrop on the left of the bay. Expect to see parrotfish, angelfish and even the odd barracuda. If you prefer amenities close at hand, you might head to the beach at Trunk Bay, in the island's northwest, where a small entrance fee guarantees the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by.
