Are you looking for a honeymoon destination, a place for a family get-away, family reunion, or a business trip? We have the perfect place to stay... Sea Isle 46 at Sea Isle Village in Port Aransas, Texas. Our Oceanfront 900 square foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably (queen size and double beds in one room, queen size in the other). A 35" TV is in the living room and each bedroom has a 20" TV. WiFi is available in our unit.
Our unit has new tile throughout and the kitchen appliances are updated.
There is a private walk to the beach (about 100 yards), or enjoy the pool which is right in front of the unit. The lanai has a relaxing view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Port Aransas offers various water activities, fishing, dolphin & bird watching, great restaurants, shopping, walks on the beach, and so much more.
Several restaurants and a coffe shop and bar are within walking distance as well as a hardware store/tackle shop and a few convenience stores. There is also a trolley stop out front of the condo complex.
If you are a pilot, you can fly right into the Mustang Beach Airport and we’ll loan you our car to get around. The Port A airport is only 2 miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle Village
We wanted a place we could fly to quickly and be close enough to walk to from the airport (although we keep a car there too.) We also wanted something on the beach with a great view in a laid back place with lots of great fishing and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Sitting on the balcony with the morning coffee looking over the gulf then sitting on the balcony with a nightcap. Sometimes a little fishing in between.

We went for a 4 day weekend, and absolutely loved the place. While we initially thought that it was going to be a stand alone house, we were definitely not disappointed by the interior. The place is very modern and spacious. We had two families in the house (6 people total), and we did not feel like we were on top of each other at all. We were also pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had everything in it the we needed, and more. The walk to the beach was a short walk relaxing walk. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing trip to Port Aransas, and would stay again the next time we come to Port Aransas.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Older units. I thought it would have been updated more. The shower needs help. The bracket that is supposed to hold the handshower was broken. We had to tie it to take a shower. Long black hair left in the tub. Yuk! The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. I'm sure you won't post this as it is somewhat negative, but I thought you would like to know.

The unit is in an older complex, but don't let that deter you - It is a very clean and nice unit with a gorgeous beach view. Access to the unit owner's car at the airport makes this an extremely convenient place to stay on the island, and we'll be back!

Sea Isle #46 is great!! We had a wonderful time! The condo is fresh and clean and in a great location with a good view of the beach and water. The covered porch is perfect for enjoying coffee or breakfast while watching the gulf. There was nothing that we needed and we will be back!

We got back late last night after a great trip to Port A. Thanks again for the condo rental. We all had a blast, including the grandkids, though we ended up with some bad sunburns.

Thomas, ... about our trip last year, but we ended up taking our oldest daughter, her husband and two grandkids with us. We all had a blast, even though it stormed horribly much of the time. The grandkids still ask when we're going to the beach again. Hopefully this year our other two kids will be with us as well, the weather will be better and the kites will be bigger. ;-) Thanks again for everything. Henry
