  We've stayed at five different places in Port A. Everyone has a budget, and for this price range, it is simply fabulous that you get a large patio with that amazing ocean view. We ate almost every meal outside. We had our 2 and 4 year old and a few nights the grandparents came and stayed as well. Felt a little crowded with 6 but it was manageable and was perfectly fine when it was just us and the kids. I can see how it might feel crowded if it was two adults and three teenagers, as another reviewer said. The Master Bedroom is also on the ocean side and I could actually hear the ocean at night with the window open. There is a handy little doorway area where kids can leave all their stuff (sandals, rafts, etc.) I always enjoy personal decorative touches and this one has them (some beach condos are pretty plain jane.) The furniture's a little worn (the dresser in the second bedroom is sort of falling apart, shelves missing, etc.) but who cares, what are you putting in there, kids' bathing suits. There's a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom which was nice for the kids. The pool area has a covered area which some condo places don't, and a reasonable shallow area and was rarely crowded. We had a few nights of picnic dinners out on the little patio lawn area. Sea Isle Village seemed to have just the right number of people during the week, not too many to feel noisy but enough for it to not feel lonely. Per some other reviews, I was prepared with staples (paper towels, toilet paper) but the condo had plenty. I also, just personal preference, took my own comforters since you never really know how often those get washed in these places. But everything was clean and delightful and we had a really lovely stay and intend to return to this condo next year. Thanks!

  This was an great place to stay! The listing was accurate online as to what we found when we arrived. The property as well as the condo was clean and ready. We plan to stay here again next year and have already told our friends at home hoping they will join us.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  Great location. Close to restaurants, shops and great boardwalk to beach. Beach clean, not crowded and mostly all families during spring break. Condo complex very well maintained, quiet, also mostly families. Condo was clean, well maintained. We had a problem the first night with one of the toilets and they had a plumber there within the hour. When we had the problem again Sat. morning, they had replaced the toilet while we were at the beach! Had a great stay. Would recommend and definitely will return!

  Location was excellent. Condo was clean and in great condition. We did have a problem the first night in one of the bathrooms with the toilet, but they had a plumber there within an hour. After having the same problem sat. morning, they had the toilet replaced while we were at the beach! Beach was clean and mostly all families during spring break. Condo complex was quiet and also mostly all families. Would definitely recommend and will return!!

  The unit was great! We took three of our kids with us and everyone enjoyed the stayed. The unit was clean, the kitchen well stocked for anyone who likes to cook their meals. We've spent Spring Break in Port A many times. Happy to report that this complex was quiet. We never had the stress of late night partying teenagers or college students. We've stayed at Port Royal, Cline's Landing, The Dunes, and Lost Colony. While this location initially seemed like a step down we were please to learn that we could enjoy Port A and stay an extra day with the money we saved! Can't think of a single complaint!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Just finished a month's rental of this unit and loved the location. Short walk to the beach, nice view. Very quiet. Also, the managers of the entire complex are undertaking some major reno projects that are really improving the property. This unit, however, while it looked clean upon arrival, under further scrutiny, was not. We left suggestions for little improvements to make a renter's stay more pleasant so hopefully, it will get better. We thought we were getting shabby chic, but ended up just getting shabby. It needs some lovin', and if it gets it will be a nice place to rent. If it doesn't, look elsewhere.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  Very nice condo. The description could have been a little better. We had three teens with us. The description said two queen beds and a full bed. The queen beds were no bigger than a standard size bed. The three teens had some difficulties working out the sleeping arrangements.

  My first impression pulling up to Sea Isle was OLD. Once we were inside the condo, it was very lovely. We had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit was clean and it had everything we needed. We didn't have any trouble with the WiFi and 3 of us were hooked up. The access to the beach was great...just a short walk. The beach was also clean and not overcrowded like other parts we checked out. We would definitely rent from them again.

  Good comfortable condo with a balcony view of the Gulf and easy access to pool. Property from outside has no curb appeal and watch out for stickers all over the grounds (wear shoes not sandals). Should probably invest a landscaping/maintenance. The location is close to town and beach, though access to beach is better sought by neighboring properties as the Sea Isle Village beach walk is half deck and half thick, soft sand that made it impossible to pass with strollers or rolling coolers. Over-all 4 out of 5 jalapeno's.

  The property was nice and homey. The biggest problem that we found was that there was a serious lack of basic necessities that you find in a hotel. We ran out of toilet paper after just one night. And there was no replacement toilet paper or any other paper products available, such as paper towels. This wouldn't have been so bad if there were more towels available in house. It would not have been so bad if we had been notified of these conditions ahead of time and packed accordingly. There was also no contact with the owner after we arrived, so our questions went unanswered. Not sure if it was worth the cost. Oh yes, and the TV reception was awful. Not one channel was clear. Not a big deal, but checking the weather and news was difficult.
