Are you looking for a honeymoon destination, a place for a family get-away, family reunion, or a business trip? We have the perfect place to stay... Sea Isle 46 at the Sea Isle Village in Port Aransas, Texas. Our Oceanfront 900 square foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably (queen size and double beds in one room, queen size in the other, and 2 ottoman convertible twin sleepers for the kids in the unit). A 35" TV is in the living room and each bedroom has a 20" TV. WiFi is available in our unit.
Our unit has new tile throughout and the kitchen appliances are updated.
There is a private walk to the beach (about 100 yards), or enjoy the pool which is right in front of the unit. The lanai has a relaxing view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Port Aransas offers various water activities, fishing, dolphin & bird watching, great restaurants, shopping, walks on the beach, and so much more.
Three restaurants are within walking distance as well as a hardware store/tackle shop and a few convenience stores. There is also a trolley stop out front of the condo complex.
If you are a pilot, you can fly right into the Mustang Beach Airport and we’ll loan you our car to get around. The Port A airport is only 2 miles away.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer .. May 01-Sep 30 (+ Spring Break & Easter) .. $190/night .. $1150/week.
Winter .. Oct 01-Apr 30 (Except Holidays) .......... $125/night .. $ 725/week.
Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year) ...... $150/night.
Summer (3 night minimum). All other times (2 night minimum).
One night rental deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Deposit must be received within 2 days of making the reservation.
For a refund, cancellation must be received at least 5 days before check-in.
Rates above do not include 13% taxes & $25 non-refundable processing fee.

The unit is in an older complex, but don't let that deter you - It is a very clean and nice unit with a gorgeous beach view. Access to the unit owner's car at the airport makes this an extremely convenient place to stay on the island, and we'll be back!

Sea Isle #46 is great!! We had a wonderful time! The condo is fresh and clean and in a great location with a good view of the beach and water. The covered porch is perfect for enjoying coffee or breakfast while watching the gulf. There was nothing that we needed and we will be back!

We got back late last night after a great trip to Port A. Thanks again for the condo rental. We all had a blast, including the grandkids, though we ended up with some bad sunburns.

Thomas, ... about our trip last year, but we ended up taking our oldest daughter, her husband and two grandkids with us. We all had a blast, even though it stormed horribly much of the time. The grandkids still ask when we're going to the beach again. Hopefully this year our other two kids will be with us as well, the weather will be better and the kites will be bigger. ;-) Thanks again for everything. Henry
