Brand New Contemporary House located in a beautiful community "Wild Acres" which is surrounded by a National Park. House is just around the corner from the huge swimming pool with water slides, kiddy pool and tennis courts. Wild Acres community a secured gated community policed by a full time public safety force. Wild Acres has seven lakes with beaches, 2 outdoor pools with water slides 1 indoor pool open year round, tennis courts, a baseball field and a clubhouse containing a game room and utilized for activities such as teen dances, arts and crafts, bingo, cards.
The house is 1 1/2 hours away from New York.
The main level features a sunny open living room with a stone wood-burning fireplace for romantic evenings, entrance to a big deck equipped with charcoal BBQ grill, table/chairs. Well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and all cooking utensils. There are 2 bedrooms with TV/DVD in each room. Full bathroom has a huge whirlpool tub and flat screen TV/DVD/Surround Sound Speakers for your complete relaxation. Second level consists of a huge loft with a king size bed and TV/DVD. The house provides ample room to accommodate comfortably groups of up to 8 people.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and up to date cottage. Saw a flock of wild turkey's and lot of deer outside our window. The large deck is a great place for families to gather and there are plenty of electronic devices to keep kids (and parents) happy. This is a wonderful area to visit, with the National Park and many other historic sites. We were very happy at the cottage, and it was very nice that we were allowed to bring our best friend, our golden retriver.
