This cottage style home sits on over 28 wooded acres just one mile south of Douglas right off Blue Star Hwy. Only one mile to Pier Cove on Lake Michigan. It's very private with a large deck for entertaining. Inside there is a wood burning fireplace and a large kitchen open to the living room designed for entertaining.
Cable and internet newly installed. This home has a second hot water heater that can be turned on for larger groups.
The kitchen has a farmhouse style porcelain sink, cobalt blue solid surface countertops, and Kraftmaid cabinets. All the appliances are stainless steel and include a Jenn-Air cooktop & Broan hood with chimney, and an industrial size refrigeration unit with full size freezer.
Two bedrooms each have queen size beds and all the bedding, linens, and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.
