Beautiful, North Wildwood, Two 4 bedroom units available for rent(or rent the entire house 8 bedrooms). Over 1800 sq feet each. The home is in a nice family neighborhood, just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk off of Atlantic Avenue. Morey's Piers are a short walk away. Enjoy a family vacation with a lot to do. One of the best and largest beaches with tons of attractions and family activities.

**Quiet family neighborhood**
This home was recently renovated and there are 2 units. Both almost 2000 square feet. All kitchens and baths are new or newly updated and sparkling clean. All units have central air and beautiful hardwood floors with new area carpets.Some with new ceramic tile floors in the kitchens and baths. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan if you prefer to leave the windows open to enjoy the sea breeze. Off street parking is available for each unit in the driveways.
The four bedroom, first floor unit A has almost 2000 square feet of living space. It sleeps nine to twelve. It has an eat-in kitchen with new white cabinets, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the amenities. There is a dining room, two full bathrooms, and spacious living room. The bedrooms have one king, one queen, one queen, three twins, and a sleep sofa. Additionally there is a TV in two bedrooms, a large screen TV in the living room with X-box 360 and a DVD Player. Wireless internet access is available also.
The four bedroom, second floor unit B, has a new eat-in kitchen with Granite counter tops, new cabinets, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the amenities, 2 new bathrooms, a new Florida style eating and sitting area and a living room with cathedral ceiling. The four bedroom features two queen beds and two full beds and a pyramid style bunk bed with a full lower and a single above. There is a futon in one bedroom. It sleeps 12 comfortably. There are TV’s in 3 of the four bedrooms and there is a flat screen plasma tv in the living room with a sony playstation and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is available also.
The house has a large front porch, side yard, back patio, and the upstairs unit has a Huge deck (11 x 30). There are two outside showers and a laundry room off of the detached garage. The yard, patio, porch, and decks have patio furniture and tables for barbecues or relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. There is a Weber gas grill and outside storage area for storage of your beach items. Recently added is a new privacy fence around the backyard.
Each unit has off street parking for 2 – 4 cars.

House has been recently repainted, newer furniture added and new comforters and pillows. We are working on a new deck for the upstairs 2nd floor unit. A fence around the backyard was added last year and the yard is great for picnics or just relaxing.
