We inspect all our units prior to your stay to ensure you have a great vacation! We have been in the shore rental business for over 10 years and have 6 different rental locations in the Wildwoods.
220 E 21st Ave is our premier rental location with two 4 bedroom units available for rent (or rent the entire house with it's 8 bedrooms). The home is in a nice family neighborhood, just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk off of Atlantic Avenue. Morey's Piers and the boards are just a short walk away. Enjoy a family vacation with a lot to do. One of the best and largest beaches (still FREE) with tons of attractions and family activities.

This home was purchased and initially renovated in 2001. There are now two rental units. Both are almost 2000 square feet each. All kitchens and baths are newer or newly updated and sparkling clean. Both units have central air and beautiful hardwood floors with area carpets that compliment the decor. We have installed ceramic tile floors in the kitchens and baths. Most rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan if you prefer to leave the windows open to enjoy the sea breeze. Off street parking is available for each unit in the driveways.
The four bedroom, first floor unit #1 sleeps ten to twelve. It has a new, gorgeous eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the amenities. There is a dining area off the living room, two full bathrooms, and spacious living room. Additionally there is a TV in three bedrooms, a large screen TV in the living room with X-box 360 and a DVD Player. Wireless internet access is available also.
The four bedroom, second floor unit # 2, sleeps 11 to 13, has a new, lovely eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the amenities, 2 newer bathrooms, a new Florida style eating and sitting area (complete with pool table/card table) and a living room with cathedral ceiling.. It sleeps 12 comfortably. There are TV’s in 3 of the four bedrooms and there is a flat screen plasma tv in the living room with a Sony PlayStation 2 and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is available also.
The house has a large front porch, side yard, back patio, and the upstairs unit has a Huge deck (11 x 30). There is an outside shower and a laundry room off of the detached garage. The yard, patio, porch, and decks have patio furniture and tables for barbecues or relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. There is a Weber gas grill and outside storage area for storage of your beach items. A white vinyl privacy fence surrounds the backyard.
Each unit has off street parking for 2 – 4 cars.

We stayed at this house last summer with our extended familly and it was awesome! The house was super clean, kitchens were beautiful and great to cook in. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms on each floor were very spacious. the 4th bedrooms were on the smaller side but quite accomodating for a couple of kids. There was more than enough space to hang out and relax inside, but we spent a lot of time in the incredible back yard! Lots of room for hanging out, playing yard games, and storing beach gear. On the nights that we didnt go to the boardwalk, we never heard any complaints of being bored from the little guys! The outside shower was huge, and it was especially great for the kids coming off of the beach! Michelle was great to rent from, she is very friendly and makes sure that you are happy with the house and accomodations, and is available pretty much any time with concerns. Oh, i must mention, this may sound trivial, but there were ample trash and recycling cans available and all were clean and large! Ive stayed places in the past and had a hard time keeping trash together and neat because there were not enough bins to hold it. The beach is 2 full, long blocks away, but the walk is do-able. There is a parking lot right at the beach though, and one of the families with small kids just parked there, making easier for transporting beach stuff. I would recommend this house for families of all ages and sizes!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great stay in this house the last week of Summer. We had the bottom floor and had plenty of room for our friends during the week. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, lots of room....it was great. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything you need. There is a great backyard with an awesome Tiki bar that we got to enjoy:) We even had a small party for my husband's 30th Labor Day weekend and had plenty of room to party, to hang, and to sleep. Even plenty of room for our pooches! The only downfall....and BEWARE!!! Our last night we had some of our stuff stolen....it was part our fault because we left it on the back porch BUT the property has a fence and we thought nothing of it.. We believe it was the dirtbags that were in the house behind us so please be careful and don't trust the neighbors!!! Other than that it was a great time had by all of us that stayed there and we would definitely stay there again =) Thank you Max by the Sea!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I went with my family and we had a great time, the house is great especially the back yard. We are thinking about going back this year 2012, we rented the whole house and the older kids loved having their own floor. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay at a nice clean house in a great neighborhood.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had a fantastic time and I am definitely looking to return to the same property again in the near future. The property was clean and the amenties were all there as quoted. I would recommend this to all my friends. The experience was plesant and the yard was one of the best things offered. The children enjoyed the boardwalk, ocean, park and porch. The fireworks were also cool cause you could see them from the porch with no problems. The arrival and departure went very smoothly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

just got back from a family reunion at the house. It was wonderful. Just like the photos. The house has everything you would need and plenty of room. The yard was great. It is a short walk to the beach and board walk that only takes a few minutes. We had several families together with different ages and everyone had nothing but good things to say. Would without a doubt stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

House has been recently repainted, newer furniture added and new comforters and pillows. We are working on a new deck for the upstairs 2nd floor unit.
