Just 20 minutes from the ferry at Friday Harbor, less than a mile from beautiful Roche Harbor, this home offers unique views of Davidson Head, Speiden Channel and Speiden Island... sit on the deck and watch everything from the resident bald eagles to the Canadian-bound ferry drift by.
The home has two living areas, and a loft-type landing from the second floor where a telescope is available for gazing at the exotic animals on Speiden Island or maybe catch a glimpse of a Stellar Sea Lion on its shores. This home is perfect for year round adventures on San Juan Island: Thanksgiving or Christmas with the entire family, escape from the rainy Washington mainland in the winter, or a retreat from the rat race.
