Tucked away on a quiet Nob Hill alley and close to Union Square is this adorable, one bedroom apartment with a cozy living room, separate dining room area, fully renovated and equipped kitchen and new tile bath. The unit sleeps four with a new king size bed and foldout queen size in the living room. West sun floods the front French door as well as the oversized windows in the living and dining rooms. The unit has been lovingly restored with green features such as an instantaneous hot water heater and zone heating system. There are two HD TVs with DVD players, high-speed wireless internet access, and a VO IP telephone system that allows calls anywhere in the world. The whole space has Brazilian cherry wood floors which gives the apartment a warm, comfortable feel. The bedroom is off the street, secluded and private, and boasts two large closets. The unit includes a washer and dryer, and if needed, parking is available close by.
This lovely Nob Hill apartment is ideal for your stay in one of the most exclusive San Francisco neighborhoods in San Francisco. It is one block from the Mark Hopkins, Fairmont, and Huntington Hotels, Grace Cathedral, Masonic Temple, Nob Hill Spa, and the Flood Mansion (Pacific Union Club) and within walking distance of cable cars, restaurants, the financial district, Union Square and downtown shopping.

We have been back in Canada for a week now, and wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay in the flat on Vine Terrace. What a lovely place it is, as I mentioned to you on the phone. It had everything we could ever have needed, and was very clean. And it was such fun to live there - we walked everywhere, loved climbing the hills, and found the entire experience delightful. He/she has a little gem there, and we will definitely inquire whether it is available next time we come your way.

We got home from our loop through the West last weekend and had a great time. I want to thank you very much for making the apartment available to us during our stay and allowing us to temporarily store our luggage in the closet until the train left on Friday. Our stay in San Francisco was the highlight of our vacation and that was largely due to the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment and your hospitality.
