My group and I can for Carnival and had a wonderful time. A plus for us was we could hear the music from the house, So we were not far from all the festivities. The house was wonderful and we all Loved the set up, even with the that were a bit problematic nothing that wont be amazing when certain up grades are made. The views are spectacular and the wrap around deck are a plus plus. Thanks again to our host Richard. I definitely would book with him again. Until next time VI

This is the type of vacation rental that you look forward to coming back to relax after a day of exploring. Feels like you are staying in a beautiful treehouse up in the mountains with a beautiful view of the ocean with birds, iguanas, flowers surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The layout of the cottage was perfect for couples. Sherri was an awesome host from the beginning to the end of our stay. Definitely would rent again.

Alan and Antoinette were excellent hosts at the Passion Fruit in Solberg. The unit was comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed for a 10 day stay in St. Thomas. Our trip was a mix of work a vacation. The WiFi was fast and functional 100% of the time. The view from the balcony was one of the best on island and a key memory from our stay. I would 100% stay at this property again if presented the opportunity. The hosts were responsive and proactive to all of our needs during our stay.

A beautiful property right on the beach. The unit was better than it shows on the website! It was well furnished and well maintained. The whole property was well maintained. There are enough on site amenities that this could be a destination all by itself. The owner bent over backwards to assist us in doing a last minute registration on VRBO. He was very acommodating.
