Newly remodeled townhome with granite kitchen, new maple cabinets, genuine hardwood floors, slate entry, and marble bath. Our open living area features vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace for the wintertime, a gas BBQ on the balcony for the summertime, and a large TV (complete with cable, DVD player, and DVD's) for relaxation after a hard day's play. For those who do not want to get away from it all, we have wi-fi. We cater to those who appreciate a nice home-away-from-home, care for our home as we do, and become repeat renters.
This cozy two-bedroom, 1 bath townhome is perfect for the vacationing family, romantic couple, or small group. The main bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle, which can be raised to create a king bed with one of the other twin beds. The second bedroom also has a plasma TV. The couch in the living area converts to a double bed. This kid-friendly home comes with toys, games, children's books, and videos.
Renters will have access to the clubhouse, which boasts a swimming pool (open from Memorial Day through summer's end), large hot tub (open all year), showers, and two saunas (his and hers). Other clubhouse amenities include a pool table, ping pong, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic area, and children's playground.
Nestled among tall pines and bordered by granite boulders, we are located in Lake Village, about one mile from the casinos and the Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort, 1/4 mile from the award-winning Edgewood golf course, and 2 miles from the beach. A short walk leads to the forest that's perfect for cross-country skiing in the winter and a trail for hiking and biking in the summer.

Lake Village is conveniently located 1/2 mile from the Edgewood Golf Course, less than one mile from the casinos and the Heavenly Gondola, and about 2 miles from the beach. It is seconds away from all the action, yet set enough away for peace and relaxation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Lake Village offers all the amenities -- pool, hot-tub, saunas, tennis courts, children's playground, BBQ's, billiards, ping-pong. For our three young children who love to swim, the pool is their oasis. For my husband and I, the his/hers saunas and hot-tub are a big plus. Lake Village is truly a vacation destination.

We had the chance to stay in this beautiful condo this summer. Everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. The perfect size for my family (husband plus two kids). Accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient! Really close to the casinos and lake but far enough away where you still feel like you are among the trees and fresh air. We had a lovely time enjoying the beauty of South Lake Tahoe while renting your town home. The home was close enough to all the major attractions yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The entire complex seemed very quiet and family friendly while we were there. Parking was plentiful near the unit too. The home was more than well equipped - our young son especially enjoyed the toys and DVDs. The price was perfect as well! Thank you for helping us enjoy our first trip to Lake Tahoe!

I have been going to Lake Tahoe since I was little. This was the first time for myself and my sister to stay on the Nevada side. We knew going up on the Holiday would be crowded and wanted to avoid the traffic. This was the best decision and perfect location, especially given that last weekend was The Labor Day Holiday. No traffic, very close to town and the casinos and Lake activities at Zephyr Cove. The resort itself was very peaceful and is surrounded with Trees. Being able to sit outside in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on one of 2 balconies was heavenly. Great condo & exceptional value. All of transactions were smooth as silk. These are the type of people and the condo rental that you would stay in again. They provide everything that you would need. I will be looking forward to coming back up.

This townhouse is really perfect if you have toddlers, it is completly child proof and my 2 years old son was really happy to play with all the toys provided there!. We spent some wonderful time there; the house was really great, convenient and close to everything (Beaches, Gondola, Markets...)

We had a lovely stay here recently! One thing not mentioned in the posting is that this is a 2-story unit- bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs. This really gave it a nice separation of space (i.e. we could sleep in while the kids watched tv upstairs!). The bar in the kitchen was wonderful, and we did quite a bit of cooking. The complex is great- really VERY close to all of the action of South Lake Tahoe, but just enough down the road that it's very quiet. We had a great time and look forward to going back soon!
