A great family trip to Moab

My Parents were visiting from the UK and I wanted to take them somewhere amazing. I heard such great things about Moab and the National Parks! The challenge was finding accommodation to impress my parents. Charles' condo was the perfect choice. The location was just south of Moab town and was easy to find and a great base for exploring the Arches and Canyonlands. The condo was clean and bigger than I expected, there were four of us in my party but the condo would comfortably sleep 6. It was also great to be able to use the kitchen every night to cook dinner. Charles gave us a great price and it was cheaper than getting to motel rooms in town, and definitely made our Moab stay a lot more memorable than a dingy motel room! Thanks Charles

We spent 3 week travelling, Charles was by far the easiest and most charming host to book with! The house is wonderful, the pool is wonderful and the views are wonderful. A perfect base for any family, The laundry room was great, just inside the property so you could come straight in from hiking and deal with all the washing! The neighbours were really friendly at the pool, and made us feel really welcome. I give this property amd Charles my highest recommendation!

just fabulous

Stayed here for three nights in July, family of 5. We absolutely loved this place. Charles is a terrific host, provided us with all the information we asked for, sadly we couldn't meet personally. The house is in pristine state, the pictures don't even do it justice. Spacious, very well equippped, quiet, close to town, I really can't say one bad thing about it. I don't want to spoil it for everyone else, but at the price we paid, this is incredible value! If I was Robert Parker, this is very close to 100/100!

Great accommodations

Date of Stay: 12/04/09 Review Submitted: 12/09/09

My husband and I stayed in Charles's condos for a weekend with some dear friends. The condo was beautiful, well appointed, and had plenty of room. Charles was a great host, suggesting hikes and providing detailed descriptions of them. We cooked all weekend and found the kitchen to have all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be returning with our family as we love the Moab area, and now have found a great place to stay while we enjoy the wonders of Arches and Canyonlands. We enjoyed touring those parks as well as a side trip to the Hole in the Rock museum and some time in town for a local winter festival complete with light parade and craft shows. We received a local recommendation to a restaurant called The Branding Iron and had a great meal there. The Sunset Grill on the north end of town is also a charming, high-end place to eat with a great view of the area that I can recommend in the summer. Overall, our stay was fabulous and we could not have asked for better accommodations.

Home Away From Home

Date of Stay: 04/16/09 Review Submitted: 05/26/09

I stayed in Charles' condo in April of 2009. The condos were new, well appointed, and clean. Charles bent over backward to help me find a replacement computer when my laptop crashed on this vacation--he is an outstanding innkeeper even from across the country! There is a big screen TV in the common area of the condo that is not shown in the pictures for this unit. The TV was a nice touch and a great way to unwind after a hard day of exercise in the local parks. We highly recommend this unit and we are in fact returning in October of 09. Can't go wrong here.

We (2 couples) went to Moab and stayed in this condo - it was wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient and offered some nice amenities - all with a view! And the owner was friendly, informative and quick to respond to our inquiries. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here over the weekend. It was awesome! It is so nice, clean, and comfortable. Every detail has been thought out and planned to make the stay pleasant. Everything we needed was supplied. We had a BBQ on the gas grill and everything we possibly could have needed was in the kitchen. We played on the tennis/basketball courts and sat in the jacuzzi. It is very open and roomy. The master suite is huge with more than enough room and closet space. The other two bedrooms both had queen beds and all of the bathrooms we're clean and new. They have a two car garage and a washer and dryer. We could have stayed for a week or more and felt right at home. If you need a place to stay in Moab...this is the place! Also, Charles is great to work with...very friendly and he takes great care of you! You can't go wrong with this one! We'll be back! Jeff and Jaime (SLC, UT)
