We stayed at this house the week before Christmas, and appreciated all the amenities. Having the bikes in the garage was a nice touch, and we enjoyed a few rides along the beach. This house is only steps from the beach, and you can hear the waves from any of the outside sitting areas. As others have mentioned, the house is much larger than it appears, and it is easy for everyone to find a comfortable place to relax, since there are so many sitting areas. We will come back again, and found the communication with the owner very easy - everything is exactly as it was stated.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

It was our first time in a rental house and it was a great experience. The location is very close to the beach which was our first requirement. The house is beautiful and very functional. It also allows plenty of space and privacy for two families. The owner was really nice and wonderful to work with. Thank you Kelly!

We enjoyed an absolutely perfect week in Huntington Beach in this gorgeous rental. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years which have all been positive experiences. But, this property exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. It has very high end finishes throughout, is beautifully furnished, is well maintained and spotless. It is close to the beach and an easy walk to the downtown area. The house functions beautifully if your group has different sleep patterns...it is has great sound insulation and the design allows for good privacy with so many different levels and areas. We would definitely rent again for future trips!!

Fabulous rental!

I had a great experience with this house rental. It is in a GREAT location, just a few minutes walk to the beach which we went to every day. There was plenty of space for our two families (2 adults, 4 kids) with the bedrooms and all the living areas. Having a laundry and dryer there was especially helpful with the kids, but the laundry does seem to take a long time. The property is well maintained and clean. Our contact person was extremely helpful in responding to both emails and phone calls. If you are looking for a home away from home, near the beach, definitely check out this property. I would recommend it and stay here again in the future!

We had mother/daughter week at this VRBO and it was wonderful! It was excellent to have the chairs to take to the beach we loved how huge this place was and all the bathrooms, especially for 5 women. The weather was excellent for we canadians and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beach House Heaven!

7 of us stayed at this LUXURY property and we were extremely happy with our choice. The walk to the sand is about 4 minutes, making the location our FAVORITE part of the house. The house itself is amazingly spacious--you could easily lose track of some of your guests! There are 2 huge flat-screen TVs, the kitchen is large and perfect for community cooking, and we loved the choice of 3 different patios to enjoy our morning coffee from. The owner was great to work with--she even arranged to pick up and mail my husband's wedding ring, which he had left at the house when we checked out. All in all--it was the perfect week at the perfect beach house. You will LOVE it!

What a lovely home!!! We stayed here during Thanksgiving, and we really enjoyed the location and roomliness - not to mention the gorgeous interior with the higher end finishes. The owner was fantastic to work with, and we would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that is looking to have surpassed expectations!

Absolutely gorgeous home. My husband commented when we walked in "the pictures don't do this place justice," which is remarkable since the pics are incredible.Absolutely fantastic location, spacious and comfortable house. The beds were comfy, loved having the 3 full baths and the garaged parking was a huge bonus. Close to Disneyland, Angels Stadium, Long Beach Airport and of course, the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, it will beat your expectations.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental very much. We stayed with our 3 married children and their spouses. The home is clean, well maintained and beautiful. Much larger than the pictures shown. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. It was a convenient walk to the beach. We have family, that were staying in a nearby hotel and they came to see the home. They have decided that they would like to rent this home for their next visit to Huntington beach. It was very easy to deal with the owner. We would definitely recommend this rental.
