Appartement moyen mais très bien situé

Appartement dans son jus peu équipé des travaux seraient à prévoir notamment dans la salle de bain mais il reste convenable et il est surtout très bien situé à 50 mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes du port de plaisance à pied ou on trouve le marché, les traiteurs, restaurant et boutiques. Le plus la piscine dans la résidence.

Appartement bien situé mais pas en très bon état, le propriétaire se doit de faire des investissements sur le rafraîchissement des lieux et surtout le mobilier.

Ameublement vétuste et cassé(tiroir commode, étendoir HS, chevet cassé, réfrigérateur sans lumière, porte freezer inexistant,verrou porte d'entrée qui accroche, cadenas du parking rouillé donc dur à fermer) Salle de bain pas fonctionnelle, aucun rangement, bidet inutile, robinetterie baignoire à revoir
