This is our custom built (2001) home on a private, beautifully manicured 3/4 acre of land on Pilgrim Road, which is a private road between Cliff and West Chester Roads. We offer a fully air-conditioned 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath upscale home on a quiet child-friendly street. With a 6-minute walk to town, our home has a gourmet kitchen, complete with upscale appliances easily serving 10 people in the adjacent dining area and along the large kitchen island. There are custom antique knotty pine and stone floors through the house.
The first floor living room has a fireplace and a family room with an entertainment center with digital cable and a DVD player.
There is a first floor bedroom suite. The second floor master suite has a king bed and a full bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds that share a bath. The second floor also has a sitting area with a TV which opens to a second floor deck with distant views. The finished lower level has a full bedroom. An adjacent entertainment room has a TV, slap air hockey, many board games and a full bathroom. This area is great for children or an au pair.
There is an oversized mahogany deck in the back, complete with barbecue grill for outside dining, overlooking the yard, which includes a children's slide. The front of the house has a covered porch. There is a shed with bicycles and fishing equipment available for your use.
Choose from any of Nantucket's beautiful beaches, each with its own style and flair. Bicycle or roller blade along the nearby bike path to the beaches. Charter a fishing excursion or perhaps just a sightseeing trip. Dine out at any of the island's excellent restaurants or just walk in to town for theatre, shopping, crafts and history.
