Recently renovated top floor condo located on a beach block in North Wildwood, NJ on the corner of 8th Ave and Ocean Ave, known as the Flying Dutchman. Unit has central air conditioning and heating for off-season use.
Bedroom #1 is very spacious (15 ft by 12 ft) with two full size beds. Bedroom #2 is 12 ft by 10 ft with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms face the back of the building and since they are on the top floor end unit, are pretty quiet. Both rooms are bright with unobstructed views.
The living room has a queen sofa bed, Cable TV, DVD player and Internet. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish drying rack, coffee maker, toaster and servings for eight. Dining area table seats six.
Off street parking #305. Primary renters must be over 25 years old. Families preferred.
No Smoking. No Pets. Renting Saturday to Saturday.

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
This is a quiet, family friendly part of North Wildwood. The beach is at the end of the block. The boardwalk is just 6 short blocks away. We try to rent it so that we can pay the mortgage, but if it is not rented we go every weekend from early spring to late fall.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo does not have a property management company. Most owners do not even rent their units. Therefore the pool and deck are never crowded, compared to some motel that has full occupancy most of the summer. Also condo is on the top floor, is an end unit and next to a huge sundeck from which you can see the ocean. The windows have unobstructed views and even the bathroom has a window. It is relatively quiet, since there are no neighbors above or on one of the sides.

We have three kids ages 6, 3 and 1 and love to spend time on the beach, in the pool or take a walk on the boardwalk.

This was our first stay at this location. While I have been vacationing in the Wildwoods for over 40 years, this is only our second time renting a condo rather than staying at a hotel. The pictures were accurate, the description valid. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and returned all emails promptly. The unit was very quiet and, while we did have an incident with another guest, it was in no way related to the unit but more to the way some of today''s young adults feel they are entitled to behave. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

This unit was exactly as described. Excellent location, very clean and a family friendly place. My husband, children and I had wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again. The owners were very considerate and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Great location. Clean condo. Great deck with beach and ocean view & Friday night Fireworks. Would not recommend more that 4 staying in the unit. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend to samll family looking for an excellent location for a very fair price.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
