  This was our second time staying in this unit, and we hope to return next summer. The pictures and description in the listing are accurate. The owner is pleasant, helpful and always responds in a timely manner. The property itself left a bit to be desired this time around. The unit is starting to show the fact that it is sometimes used as a rental. The rugs, especially in the living room, need a good shampooing. The sink area in the kitchen looks like it is pulling away from the wall. The bathtub drained quite slowly. At our arrival last summer, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit; this time, not so much. Perhaps the owner changed cleaning companies? It was quite windy during our stay and we spent more time at the pool than the beach. The pool area was always clean, but a few of the chairs need to be replaced. There are only three umbrellas in the pool area, and two of them broke during our stay. Outside of the unit, the property itself needs some sprucing up - it, too, is showing wear. We are happy we found this unit and, as stated, hope to stay there again next summer.

  This was our first stay at this location. While I have been vacationing in the Wildwoods for over 40 years, this is only our second time renting a condo rather than staying at a hotel. The pictures were accurate, the description valid. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and returned all emails promptly. The unit was very quiet and, while we did have an incident with another guest, it was in no way related to the unit but more to the way some of today''s young adults feel they are entitled to behave. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

  This unit was exactly as described. Excellent location, very clean and a family friendly place. My husband, children and I had wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again. The owners were very considerate and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Great location. Clean condo. Great deck with beach and ocean view & Friday night Fireworks. Would not recommend more that 4 staying in the unit. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend to samll family looking for an excellent location for a very fair price.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
