Staff will be awaiting you when you arrive with what you have pre ordered. Have your margarita, guacomole, home made salsa, and chips ready for your arrival along with any other requirements. No shopping for food or beverages. This is all done for you.
Enjoy a beautiful, 4000 square foot, Mexican villa overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta in a quiet neighborhood. The villa is located on the southside of Puerto Vallarta about a 10 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach. Tasteful furnishings grace the entire home on three floors. The first floor is the location of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace with a private swimming pool.
A large circular staircase with stained glass windows leads you to the second and third floors. The master suite occupies the entire second floor with a bedroom, closets, and fantastic bathroom with an open air jacuzzi. It has a king-size bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is under the pool area and has its own separate private entrance. It has two twin beds and a private bath which can be made into a king sized bed.
The villa has a maid and a chef. The cost is included in the overall rental rate. They do the grocery shopping and food preparation. They will pamper you and create a truly relaxing vacation. You will be freed of cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
You select from the Villa Rosa menu for up to two meals per day and they will do the shopping for you once you give them money. Clients rave about Carlos' cooking. My favorites are the tequila tuna and grilled lobster. My breakfast favorites are french toast and huevos rancheros. Ask Carlos to make you a mango margarita. Try his Mexican pulled pork (carnitas) on a hard bun with his very spicy chilli sauce. It is as fine as any restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.
To further enhance your experience "spa services" in Villa Rosa are available at an additional charge. This is for both men and women. Massages, hair styling, haircuts, pedicures, manicures, and facials are available at a resonable charge. This may be arranged in advance or when you arrive.
You do not really need a car. It is a 10 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach, Blue Chairs Resort, and Green Chairs.
It would be a 15 minute walk to south side downtown restaurants and stores.
Also, if you require, meet and greet services at the airport are available. A person will meet you at the airport, give you a brief orientation to Puerto Vallarta and take you directly to Villa Rosa. The charge is $50.00 for up to two people and $10.00 per extra person. When you depart you will be picked up at Villa Rosa and taken to the airport.
Should you like to book tours or have someone make restaurant reservations for you, Carlos, the chef, can assist you.
An all inclusive package is also available that includes your meals for 7 days and national beverages, alcoholic and non alcoholic. Email for a quote.

Five of us went to Villa Rosa the 2nd week of January and had a great time. 2 big pluses for me were having our own pool and Carlos and Vanessa. They are some of the best cooks I have dined with over my years of travel. My husband caught Mahi Mahi and they cooked it to perfection and even made tuna salad sandwiches! We were happy to share a large catch of fish with them, they seemed happy to take it home for their family. My husband is handicapped and the stairs were a huge challenge for him on a daily basis. Be prepared for lots of stairs in the Villa and the hills that surround the area. Dining at Casa Isabel is handy as is Vista Grill and The Taste is very nearby. Cab fare is 40 pesos to downtown area for entertainment. I loved staying here, it was our first time outside of the major hotels in PV, I won't want to go back to the massive all inclusive now! Our thanks to the owner; he made everything easy booking our lovely stay at the Villa Rosa. I would recommend this property for something outside the normal beachside noisey resorts that line the beaches.

We are just finishing our Christmas stay at Villa Rosa. It was a terrific vacation. Our family of seven had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the pool is so refreshing after a day exploring. Carlos and Vanessa are terrific and the food preparation is outstanding. We would definetly book again.

I stayed at Villa Rosa for 10 days in December and it was fantastic. I went with my family and we all enjoyed our stay immensely! The pictures do not do the villa justice - it is gorgeous with amazing views. It's decorated beautifully, the pool is great and amenities are great. The food was delicious - Carlos the Chef is wonderful! I would recommend everything we ate and Vanessa was so efficient and nice. They made us feel very welcome throughout the stay. The location is so convenient - 8 minutes walk to Los Muerto and El Centro which is filled with shops, restaurants . I truly cannot say enough good things about Villa Rosa - you will not be disapointed by booking your stay here!

I was just at Villa Rosa. The last week of April. What a great time of the year to go! The villa was Fantastic! Everything I heard and read about the Villa did not do it justice. If you think the pictures look good. It is even better in person. What it does not say is how friendly the people in the area are. I will be going back.

Five school teachers arrive during spring break 2010. Without a doubt, this is a vacation dream come true for all of us. The villa is amazing with its spectacular views. The pool is very relaxing. All the comforts of home are here and Carlos and Vanessa are so kind and helpful. Having our meals prepared and laundry done for us...well the gal in charge said it was the greatest place for a bunch of elementary school teachers and she was right. We feel very safe and walk to the beach or town. Taxi service brings us home. We enjoyed Rhythm of the Night as well as dinner at River Cafe. Whether we are sitting at the beach, reading a good book at pool-side or going out to dinner...Villa Rosa is truly an amazing place to visit. Thank you for a wonderful holiday vacation! What a wonderful spring vacation for the three teachers who will retire after 30+ years.

Vacation of a lifetime|! My seven year old daughter said it best 'I feel like a princess' My sister, brother in law and 5 children spent one of the best weeks ever at the Villa Rosa. There were seven of us celebrating a 40th birthday and we had an incredible time. The villa is a dream with a million dollar view. It is rather like being in the Hollywood Hills, only much better. There is plenty of room in the villa and even with 7 of us, it never felt crouded. It has all the amenities for which you could ever ask, not that you'd ever have to worry about them with Carlos and Vanessa catering to your every whim. We will definitely be back for more of the views, the late-night dips in the pool, Vanessa's warm smiles, and Carlos' amazing food (Guacamole every day!!!! Woo Hoo!!!)

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! Our family - group of ten - thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. The accomodations, the location, the amenities, and as you see with other comments, the hospitality and culinary skills of Carlos and Vanessa were simply superb! Working with owner Tom Hicks was a dream - in spite of question after question, he worked with us all the way through the trip.
