We have been going to IRB and the surrounding beaches for 15 years and LOVE it to say the least. This unit is truly our second home and love when we read responses from our guests sharing the great times and memories they too create while staying at Beach Inn It! We try to get every chance we can to get over to IRB, and when we can't that is when we make it available for others to rent it out. While there I personally enjoy the beaches, fishing on my off-shore boat (which I keep at the marina directly across from this unit) and the many great places to eat and be entertained. You will love this place and have a great get away for sure!

It was very clean and comfortable....and has all the amenities of home. It is in a perfect location, being right on the Gulf beach. The location was within walking distance to great seafood, various restaurants and entertainment as well as a convenience store. We have always vacationed and enjoyed this area, and will definitely keep you in mind for our next vacation as well as recommend you to our friends and family. We had a wonderful vacation here. The moominess was just what we needed with our "crowd". The laundry room doubled as a baby room and the crib fit in perfectly. The kitchen was set up just right and we made good use of it. Our only negative note was the management company. We arrived at night and they forgot to leave the key for us. I stayed here & my sister, neice and modm. I live here in Seminole, but enjoyed my "vacation" here (even though I still had to work). This is a great place, we ALL made thanksgiving dinner & still had room to spare in the kitchen. We tried ALL of the restaurants & in walking distance. ("JD"'s sit near the back bar - to watch the dancers - hours of fun! "my place" the ribs are highly recomended) you cannot go wrong here! Carol... thanks for letting me stay with you!
