The interior is very comfortable. The whole property (700 m²) is fenced with a stone wall and very suitable for a family vacation with children. You live on the ground floor, the 1st floor and in the attic. The kitchen, dining room and living area are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floors. The house is furnished in a rustic and traditional Istrian style and is very cozy. The 50 m² covered terrace is available to guests. It invites you to have meals together outdoors and a cozy get-together on hot summer days, as does the very beautiful pool. Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Dies war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je verbracht haben. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben: Der Pool war erfrischend und sauber, das ganze Haus war groß und in tadellosem Zustand. Die Nachbarn sind besonders freundlich - liebe Grüße an den Vino-Verkäufer ;-) ! Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Porec, Novigrad, Pula, Opatija usw...besonders Rovinj ist eine Traumstadt und perfekt für Shopping und Essen. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroation/Istrien und wissen jetzt schon, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden und auch dieses Haus wieder mieten werden! Fazit: Perfektes Haus (für uns 6 Personen mit Hund) in perfekter Lage! Wir sind mehr als begeistert! Ganz liebe Grüße an Familie Perkovic und Igor und Danke für Alles!!! Ausgangspunkt für ganz Istrien

Tolles geräumiges und sehr sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool. Super Lage, um ganz Istrien zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mückenschutz nicht vergessen!!
