My family spent May 28th-June 4th in your villa. We have to say that the villa was as advertised. The villa was spacious and the bedrooms were perfect. The bathrooms had nice layouts with plenty of closet space. We did not think the house would be loaded with the size of televisions but we were surprised. Perfect size and televisions every where. The game room was loaded with lots of games to play. The train that everyone was talking about was not an issue at all. The train was gone in like 3 seconds. The pool was clean and that was a huge plus for us since the last villa we stayed in did not have a clean pool. The only thing that we had a problem with was the pool door going outside the handle was broke. Got kind of fustrating getting locked out everytime I would go out to check the grill. When we first checked in we had no phone or internet but the manager let us know as soon as we arrived that the issue was already being addressed. We will be staying in this villa when we visit Florida again and I will recommend this villa to all my friends and family. Thank you Ton and Ellen for providing a nice villa for my family. Thanks, Ton and Ellen for a wonderful Christmas memory last December 2010! Eight family members joined us at your home in Davenport for the Christmas of a lifetime-- the attractions of your home (spaciousness, heated pool, games room, quiet setting in gated community, and nearby golf course) made our reunion a special memory for us all. It is difficult to separate the thrills of living in your house from the thrills of DisneyWorld just ten miles away. Beyond expectations

This unit was an overflow for 16 November golfers. One of the golfers lives in Aviana and he rented his neighbor's house which between them could handle the original 12 golfers. But with the additional 4 it became my job to find a house for the 5 "old" guys (50+) in the same resort. I was instructed to search thru this site and boy, was I rewarded. The Guys LOVE the place and they loved me for finding it. Everyone had their OWN room! (usually SOMEONE has to double up). But with 5 bedrooms, it was perfect! Of course I had the downstairs master bedroom. The dinning room (we never used) was set like something out of a magazine. The living room (which I used) was off-set from the kitchen, which made it ideal for some quite reading. We used the lanai by the pool for some after golf drinks. But not too often bc as it turned out it was COOOL that week. Most of the time it was to the converted garage for some foosball or pool. We cooked breakfast in (the owners need to purchase a griddle) and there was plenty of room for 5 ( or more) to congregate. I can see why my buddy bought at this resort. Quite, yet fairly close to everything. Will book next year once we have the schedule. Thanks Sitonel family for your warm and inviting Florida house.

July - august 2010 (two weeks). We've had a perfect holiday in Davenport. The house was excellent for us. Large bedrooms, enough bathrooms, enough private space for everybody. The boys used the darts and snooker many times and the pool ofcourse. We didn't mis a thing in this house and it felt like coming home every time we came back to it. It was only 20 minutes away from Orlanda and we visited many parks. The supermarkets were nearby as wel as the outlets and the shopping mall. We heared there could be some noise of the train, but we hardly heared it. It passes by once, sometimes twice a day and that's it. The rest of the day it was completely silent. This house is perfect for a relaxing, shopping and Orlando holiday.

Wonderful Vacation Home!!

My family stayed here in September 2010. We had a wonderful vacation! The owner was very sweet and very helpful. We had a small issue at check-in (our problem, not the fault of the owner) and the property manager was "johnny on the spot". She also was very helpful and sweet. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are ALL super comfortable! The house and pool were clean at check in and the carpet looked like it had just been professionally cleaned as well. We didn't get pool heat, and I am glad we didn't waste the extra $$ on it. We really didn't need it. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook some meals while staying there. If I had to pick something negative to say, it would be that the house is a bit out of the way. It does take about 30 minutes to get to any of the WDW parks. There aren't a ton of eating places close either. There are some though. We didn't mind the drive to the parks as there was no traffic. It would have been hard to come home in the middle of the day for a nap, so don't plan on anything like that. The game room is really nice. My husband and kids had a great time playing pool, table soccer, air hockey and darts. There were also board games and a closet with toys. There were 2 very nice portable cribs and a high chair. There may have been a stroller too, but I'm not positive as we brought our own. Oh, there is also a train track behind the house and so about 7:15pm every night a train goes by. It kind of scared me the first time we heard it (I was worried about being woke-up in the middle of the night by trains), but we only heard it that one time each day. Each room has it's own tv with either cable or satellite, although we really didn't spend much time watching tv. There was too much else to do! LOL! This really is a nice home. We will be staying here again in the future and we have recommended this home to our friends.

We just rented this immaculate home for Christmas 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is nicely decorated, clean and modern with its own pool and spa. The owners are pleasant and professional with fast response times. I would definitely be returning with my family and would recommend this home to anyone. 5 stars!!!

We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend this September (2009). The house was immaculate. The bedrooms were huge and lovely, the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our group of 10, and other than to go to the store, we never left the house and pool area! The kids (big and small) LOVED the game room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Dear Family, Thank you very much for the warm welcome in your house. Everything a person can wish was in the house. It was a clean house with good beds. Hi Ellen and Ton, The combination of great hosts, amazing villa and responsive management company made our week as enjoyable and relaxing as we could wish.
