This lakefront property offers a dual-family house plus cottage for families/groups to enjoy time together while having enough space to spread out and enjoy private time. The main house has an upper and lower flat each with three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and family room. The lower flat is the bigger of the two units.
The kitchen and dining area has seating for 14 at the dining table and kitchen island. Additional dining space can be accommodated using a fold-up banquet table. The upper and lower kitchens are fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and appliances you would need for cooking for a crowd. There is also an assortment of spices and cooking items (i.e. oil, vinegar, sugar …) for your use. The lower family room leads out to a large deck. Both the main house and cottage have a propane grill for cooking, and patio tables/chairs for outside lounging.
The cottage is steps from the lakefront with large upper and lower decks . There are two bedrooms: one moderate in size and a smaller one each with a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower rec-area which overlooks the lake. Unlike the main house the cottage does not have AC or heating (fans/electric blankets are provided). There is 120 ft of lakefront with a long aluminum dock and pontoon boat lift. A mooring is available for any boat you may bring. There is a rowboat, canoe and life jackets for your use. A large fire pit is also down at the lake.
The house is on 1.7 acres which is mostly grassy area. There is lots of room for parking cars, boats, and trailers. The front lawn has a large flat grassy area that is great for soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc. The following lawn games are available: bocce ball, horseshoes, croquet, volleyball, tetherball, and badminton.
