Welcome to the 18th Floor of the Lagoon Tower. Imagine having the entire floor to yourself. The elevator opens to your personal penthouse. The view is unbelievable! 360 degree view of the water!
You'll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The large living area is open to a granite and stainless kitchen complete with island seating and a serving bar with an under counter icemaker. This area opens to an amazing large terrace, with a beautiful view of the Gulf.
The master features views of the Lagoon, a private entrance to the terrace and a large luxurious bath with double vanities, a separate shower and a a large whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath.
The third bedroom also features a queen bed and private bath. The fourth bedroom has a twin with a pull-out trundle underneath. All four bedrooms have televisions and floor to ceiling windows with outstanding views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon.
You'll enjoy deeded beach access to a quiet area of residential West Beach. No crowds here! Indoor and outdoor pools plus an indoor hot tub surrounded by floor to ceiling windows overlooking Little Lagoon provide refreshing relaxation no matter what time of year you visit.
You'll also find a waterfront fitness center and we have a private pier complete with boat slips for your use.
Lagoon Tower is about 3.5 miles west of where Hwy 59 intersects with Beach Boulevard so you are away from the area of condo after condo, but still just a few minutes from an array of restaurants, shops and attractions.

Lagoon Tower,18th floor, Penthouse was a dream come true. Our family has been vacationing in the Gulf Shores area for over 25 years. At first, each year was a new adventure in a different condo or beach house. Then we found a favorite spot on West Beach and continually returned year after year until "Ike" destroyed our vacation and our wonderful retreat. Since "Ike" we have stayed in many beautiful homes, but it would be hard to find another property as nice as Lagoon Tower 18th Floor Penthouse. We found this dream property on line under Gulf Shores Luxury Rentals. The on line pictures were stunning, but seeing is believing. It is like a set out of a movie. If you are not a member of a royal family you will feel like you should be. The wrap-a-round views are breath taking, furnishings to die for and a flow and ease of living space that puts the icing on the cake. The beach is right across West Beach Road with a coded entry gate. If you prefer you can enjoy the inside or outside pools on the property. We know every eatery in the area but chose to dine in almost every evening. We prepared wonderful meals in the spacious kitchen which includes double ovens and a large wine and beverage cooler. The view from the dining table is of both the gulf and the Lagoon. After dining we would relax and enjoy the massive entertainment area in the great room or retreat to our estate rooms to enjoy the best nights rest ever. The master suite is absolutely awesome. Just keep an eye out for helicopters while relaxing in the master tub...or you could just pull the curtains. I have traveled from coast to coast and this property is one of the nicest accommodations I have seen, and is very well maintained and managed. The owners agent was as nice and professional as could be and was available for any questions both before and after arrival. I would recommend Lagoon Tower 18th floor Penthouse to anyone at any age. The almost 4000 square feet of living space is especially wonderful for seniors with elevators that open right into the penthouse with absolutely no stairs to climb. Make your reservations soon...and live the dream!

I rented the 18th floor for my wife's 40th Birthday weekend with a few other couples. This place is truely incredible. You have a 360 degree view with all the windows. When you take the elevator up to the 18th floor, it opens and you're in the middle of the condo. It is decorated wonderfully and is extremely comfortable. WOW!

Melissa I just wanted to let you know that your condo is absolutely fantastic. The decorating is impeccable with great attention to detail. I would give it the rating of a 5 star hotel. We were thrilled out entire stay. We especially loved the comfortableness of the bed in the master suite. (I also loved the bedding. My family and I stayed at this unit over the week of the 4th of July. This GORGEOUS penthouse was best described as a work of art. From the marble floors to the unique and stylish decor, we were amazed from the moment we stepped off the elevator. We were even able to view dolphins playing nearby in the ocean, while also viewing birds in the lagoon. The views were breathtaking, and the space unimaginable. We could not have been happier, and will DEFINITELY be back very soon for another stay! Thank you for sharing a wonderful piece of your paradise with our family!
