On the beach side of 30-A with panoramic views of the Gulf, while you dine on the wraparound porch. Marlene greets you at the front door of this attractively designed and decorated beach home. Artwork thru out by local artists is both whimsical and funky. Blue By U is ideally situated in the small community of “Old Florida Cottages” with a community pool and covered cabana area.
Just 200 yards from the beach with its beautiful white sand beaches…no roads to cross….bathroom facilities as well as covered picnic area.
First floor Master bedroom with its on-suite bath has its own private porch and sitting area…perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Quite reading corner along with large screen T.V. gives our guests a private getaway.
First floor also includes another guest room with a queen bed, private bath T.V. and covered porch with sitting area. Enclosed Laundry area in the hallway on the first floor.
Second floor living and dining area has wonderful views of the Gulf both inside and out…both cozy and inviting with a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. Kitchen has been recently updated with granite and stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed for your cooking needs.
Second floor guest room has a queen sized bed T.V. and desk area….perfect for your office away from home….and don’t forget another great covered porch with sitting area.
So much to see and do….Miss Lucille’s Coffee shop, restaurants, shopping, bike paths and of course Silver Sands Outlet mall. Church on the beach at Ed Walline is a perfect way to start Sunday morning at 8 A.M. Bring your beach chairs, pick up that cup of coffee at Miss Lucille’s….shorts and sandals please.
Pet rent $250 (non-refundable). Saturday to Saturday Only During Peak Season. Parking for 2 cars.
A cleaning fee of $120.00 will apply for any rental less than 5 nights.

Can't go wrong if you rent Blue-By-U. Well kept, nicely decorated, with very nice amenities. Every bedroom has a TV, and also a flat-panel in the Family room. Great views from the multiply decks. You can see the Gulf and hear the water hit the shore from the back two decks. Has a nice community pool within 40 yards. And it only takes a few minutes to get to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The area is beautiful, and we were spared oil on the beaches during our stay. Thanks to the owners for taking such good care of their Blue-By-U.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
