A beautiful, direct-oceanfront vacation oasis awaits you. This new, tastefully decorated, oceanfront condominium overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and nearby access to the intercoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting. All it needs is you!
Located on the second floor, this single-level, interior unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1682 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that a spectacular ocean view.
The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as an entertainment center with a TV/DVD/VCR. The sofa converts for extra sleep space.
There are three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed and is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The master bath has a combined, his-and-her vanity, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall.
Located off the entry hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, a second bathroom and a laundry area complete with full size washer and dryer. One guest room has a queen size bed while the other has a set of extra long twin beds.
The huge oceanfront balcony is ready for dining or relaxing as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.
This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.
The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.
With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, everything we wanted! The view from the balcony was breath taking. We saw dolphins from there within minutes of arriving. The rooms were beautifully decorated. This was our first Florida vacation as a family - none of our kids had seen the ocean!! We could not have hoped for anything more. Judy was extremely helpful. She answered any questions and was able to provide us with plenty to do in the area (we were a very short drive from historic St. Augustine). Thanks. This is definitely the place to go at Cinnamon Beach!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
