Great, two story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only "TRUE LOW DENSITY COMPLEX" on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! My Mom is from Mobile. We have been going to Gulf Shores since I was a little boy. We rented homes before condos were even built. We have stayed in many high rises but never liked the crowds. We fell in love with the Townhouses. It is fun renting the townhouses. I enjoy meeting new renters. I take pride in providing a great vacation for my renters. Here is a photo of me walking on the beach with my family. of course, I am on the phone with a customer. My wife (of 17 years) and I have 3 children.

Loved my week at the townhouse. Michael the unit turned out great! Grounds are great! And the beach was fantastic! Just wish it was a little warmer out. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was near the beach and the pool was really nice. The condo was roomy, had a great view of the beach and it was close enough to hear the waves pounding the shore. The location was within walking distance to the Hang Out and other attractions. The beaches are beautiful, water was clear and the weather was perfect. Overall a great stay, we loved every minute we were there and can't wait to come back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Brought my two high school age daughters for Spring Break and we all had a blast. The location is great! Close to everything while being far enough away from the crowds. And the beach is not crowded and just beautiful! The pool is clean and a great size. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. I liked the fact that it was a townhouse and I could get up in the morning and do my thing while not waking the sleeping teenagers upstairs. Would return in a heartbeat!!

Had a great time here with my family at the very end of 2008, a nice quiet time on the Alabama Gulf coast. We stayed in #38, enjoyed the views, and found it to be just what we needed. It's great to just walk right out onto the beach, and take just one short flight of stairs from the carport to the unit. We cooked dinners and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was quiet and we enjoyed going to sleep with the sound of the surf; it may not be quite so peaceful during the high season though. Great location right near the "T" and I recommend it highly. The owner is a pleasure to deal with,and better prices than going through an agency.

We stayed in the #38 October 5 thru 8, 2008 and loved it. It was like being at home. The townhouse was nice and it was great being right on the beach. It was very windy the few days we were there and so the pool came in handy. The owner was very nice and was there to help with any questions and concerns which means a lot to me. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in unit 38 the last week of March. We had an amazing time. The townhouse makes you feel like you are at the beach in your own house- not in a zillion story building. The beach was great and uncrowded. The pool was a hit with our child. It was a blissful vacation. Thanks so much!

Unit #27 - We stayed here August 2007 and had a nice vacation. The seaweed was very bad this year though and we could hardly go in the ocean, but the pool was so nice! This unit is great for taking the baby monitor to the pool, too! (although unit 38 has the best view!) Landscaping is great & the beach is so close. The best part is that the Owner of this unit is one of the nicest I have ever dealt with.
