Great, two story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only "TRUE LOW DENSITY COMPLEX" on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! No high rise next to you on either side. No odstructed views. Great Family Complex! No elevators to wait on! No long flights of stairs! Ocean view from EVERY room! Two balconies and private garage (two cars) under unit. The private garage is wonderful for use as a barbecue and grilling patio. Grill steaks while watching the waves break just feet away.

If you need more room, we also have a beach front three story, three bedroom, two 1/2 bath townhome available at Ocean Reef. Not a high rise! Great family complex! Great pool. We have two units available. Unit #38 and unit #27 (poolside). Both have ocean views from every room. Every side is gulf side. Located at 723 West Beach Blvd.(182) 1/2 mile from US 59 (the "T").

Gulfside Townhomes have 1150-square-feet living area, two story, no one above or below you... this spells PRIVACY! Something you do not have in a high rise! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms on the second floor with a private deck off the master. Kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and a deck off the living room on the first floor. Walk out of your door into your private garage, then onto the beach 20 feet away.

  • Had a great time here with my family at the very end of 2008, a nice quiet time on the Alabama Gulf coast. We stayed in #38, enjoyed the views, and found it to be just what we needed. It's great to just walk right out onto the beach, and take just one short flight of stairs from the carport to the unit. We cooked dinners and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was quiet and we enjoyed going to sleep with the sound of the surf; it may not be quite so peaceful during the high season though. Great location right near the "T" and I recommend it highly. The owner is a pleasure to deal with,and better prices than going through an agency.

  • We stayed in the #38 October 5 thru 8, 2008 and loved it. It was like being at home. The townhouse was nice and it was great being right on the beach. It was very windy the few days we were there and so the pool came in handy. The owner was very nice and was there to help with any questions and concerns which means a lot to me. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  • Unit #27 - We stayed here August 2007 and had a nice vacation. The seaweed was very bad this year though and we could hardly go in the ocean, but the pool was so nice! This unit is great for taking the baby monitor to the pool, too! (although unit 38 has the best view!) Landscaping is great & the beach is so close. The best part is that the Owner of this unit is one of the nicest I have ever dealt with.

  • We stayed at this condo July 23- July 30. We stay in Gulf Shores every year and we had the BEST time staying here. It was our first time using a condo that was rented by owner. We will be using it again if at all possible. The view was great,the kids had a blast!!!
