STAY 7 NIGHTS IN THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND ENJOY 10% OFF
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 1100 sq ft unit has been beautifully decorated by the owner with modern finishes and clean lines. When you enter the condo, you will notice the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and slate floors. Any cook will enjoy cooking a meal away from home in this well-equipped kitchen. Six people can comfortably enjoy the living room and warm up by the large, gas fireplace. Your friends and family will also enjoy the large TV with DVD/VHS player and surround sound while watching your favorite movie or TV show. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV with cable, and private bathroom with over sized tub and a separate shower. Open the windows in the Spring, Summer, and Fall and enjoy the sound of the Snake River below. The second bedroom has two, comfortable twin sized beds as well as a cable TV. The living room sleeper sofa will sleep an additional two people if necessary. When you stay in this condo, you will also enjoy the bathrobes exclusive to Lone Eagle guests to wear to the pool, hot tub, or steam room. If you need to do some work away from home, you will enjoy free internet access.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy views of the Snake River, beautiful trees, and mountains in the distance. Lone Eagle has a partially covered balcony at the back of the building if you want to watch the skiers come down to the base of River Run.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day. Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building. Lone Eagle is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Lone Eagle is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 58 condos in the entire building. The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that Lone Eagle has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or sit outside on the partially covered balcony and enjoy the mountain views. There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Lone Eagle guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor. Over sized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.

GUEST SERVICES: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dish washing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you key cards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Our company goal is to maximize our client’s economic returns by exceeding guest expectations so that you will think of us first when you want to reserve your next vacation.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

We are a guest oriented company located just minutes from Keystone, so we are close by is you need assistance. We offer flexible check-in and out times, no check-in- drive directly to the condo with keycards, parking pass, and detailed directions that are mailed to you before you leave home, and a generous supply of towels for your stay. We also provide an initial supply of consumables, such as trial sized soap, lotion & shampoo, as well as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and dishwashing liquid.
