Why the Owner Chose Lauderdale Beach
This home provides the convenience of being near the ocean without having to sacrifice the privacy one would lose by being directly on the beachfront. It is only a minute walk to the beach, tucked away in this incredible little neighborhood east of A1A. This spot is so quiet, and there is no busy street to cross. The home provides my large family with several open living areas when they visit. Everyone loves hanging around the pool, the giant family room, or on the rooftop deck. There is an airy, tropical feel to this home that I did not experience in the other homes that I had looked at. I thought if I were to make it available to the public, others would discover what a special tropical escape this could be for their families.

I am a physician with a practice in New Jersey. I grew up in central Pennsylvania, but I have always gravitated to the ocean for relaxation. There is nothing like a walk on a sandy beach to make all your troubles melt away! My family and I have long made it a tradition to gather for vacation in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. But the winters in New Jersey are a little too cold for us, and we often long for the sunshine and warmth of southern Florida.
