  Jack, We loved your home! The view was astounding and surrounded with lush beauty. We enjoyed our walks to the beach. We took a lot of pictures of the beach flowers, moss and wildlife on the beach and nature trail. It was nice to have two chairs and an umbrella set up and waiting on us every morning. The beach was not crowded and we enjoyed walking in both directions. The complex was absolutely beautiful and quite. We worked out everyday in the gym. Now, my husband wants to add a few more pieces to our exercise room (thanks Jack). We enjoyed our evenings in the hot tub surrounded by the stars. The condo was just like home. I love to cook and the cooking was made easy with the kitchen being so well equipped with the Viking appliances. I cannot think of one thing I needed that was not already supplied. We enjoyed most of our dinners outside on the porch dining area - watching wildlife. The furnishings were soothing and not overly beachy. Thank you for maintaining a beautiful property.   The condo is fabulous, very luxurious with beautiful floors, linens and decor. Top of the line appliances if you're a cook. Only drawback was pools were not heated and the weather was a bit chilly for swimming long but we managed. Nice hot tubs were a good substitute. I highly recommend this location for a quiet family getaway.

  We really enjoyed the condo. It was pacious, very clean and felt new. We really enjoyed having an ice maker in the bar as well as all the Viking appliances. Very comfortable and quiet resort with more action just a couple miles away on our bicycle rides to Watercolor and Seaside. Lovely sunset views of lake and bit of the beach too. Very helpful full-time guard at front gate, a secure feeling throughout the property Lots of great amentiies included.

  We are ending 6 weeks of high quality time at this condo, a truly awesome place. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Sanctuary by the Sea is a gorgeous setting and has beautiful grounds, with multiple patios to lay in the sun. The Gulf and snow white sand is an easy 5 minute walk through picturesque sand dunes. This condo has an unbelievable view from the balcony west over Redfish Lake and to the SW at the Gulf. The sunsets in the evening were simply beautiful. The condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and matched exactly to the photos. A kitchen to die for with Viking appliances and every kitchen supply and utensil you could ask for. Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom again with the great view out the patio doors to the lake and the gulf. The central location on 30A provides excellent walking and biking trails. You are close to shopping and restaurants on 30A from Gulf Place, to WaterColor, to Seaside, to Seagrove, to Rosemary Beach. The owner even provides a binder listing 150+ restaurants with their menus for consideration. Sanctuary provided peace, quiet, and the beach to ourselves for miles. If you are looking for an experience that you will always remember, seriously consider this condo and Sanctuary by the Sea. We highly recommend it.

  Everything was a pleasure at this condo -- location, furnishings, grounds, view. The owner was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Great for families and highly recommend Sanctuary and this unit.

  This condo and everything about Sanctary by the Sea is amazing. This is truly a resort and the grounds were very nice & the beach is huge. Very relaxing & quiet and we really enjoyed our four nights there.

  Our entire experience was positive. No complaints whatsoever. The condo itself, the condo complex and the beach were all beautiful, private and well secured. The staff at the complex was helpful and friendly as was the owner and the property management company when we had a question. We were there the 3rd week of June 2012 and it did not feel crowded as most complexes can feel that time of year. The location is great. It has a peaceful feeling, but you are close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin, Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach etc that you can drive to those busier locations for your fill of shopping, dining, etc. We rented bikes and the kids loved to take a 10 minute bike ride down the street to get ice cream. The lakes (i.e. Redfish Lake) right on the beach were great for the kids too. The kids caught crabs and minnows in the lake with their fishing nets. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella service was awesome especially since we had so much other gear to carry to the beach (such as towels, beach toys). We appreciated having one less thing to carry to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and there were plenty of beach chairs and tables available. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return again sometime soon. A+++

  We stayed in this house during the summer of 2011. We could have not asked for a better place to stay. A true home away from home!!!

  I have vacationed on 30A for over fifteen years now and this is the most incredible condo I've ever stayed in. It is spacious with incredible views and all of the essentials you would expect of a luxury home. The kitchen is state of the art and all of the special features have obviously been thought through with the highest quality in mind. We loved the pools, the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, the accessibility to the beach and all that comes with this property. Of course, we love 30A. It is a dream for cycling, running, shopping, eating, and drinking. I will be back and will book this property again if there's any availability, which in my opinion will be hard to get once the word gets out.

  We REALLY enjoyed our stay. The unit was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the fact that we could choose from relaxing in the pool, to sitting by the ocean, to kayaking on the lake, etc. etc. The fact that the beach area wasn't completely packed (as you find in the more commercialized beaches in the area) was one of the biggest draws. It was also extremely convenient to countless restaurants/attractions. First trip to the 30A area and SBTS, but definitely not our last. We are already polling the family to see what weeks might work for a possible 2012 trip!
