Wonderful home on Peconic Bay with view of Orient Point , Shelter Island, and Bug Light (lighthouse) Patios and deck overlooking pool and bay. Shady front porch. All nicely landscaped. Sun room facing the bay and pool. Five minute drive to Greenport and a short trip to the local vinyards.
Three bedrooms nicely decorated. Dinning room and living room with water view. Great kitchen. Two new bathrooms. Play water front bocce and horse shoes. Some nights you will see the moon rise out of the east and it will look like a giant orange. This is a beautiful beach front house in a gorgeous location.
