Great Location, Great Property, Great Vacation

We had a great/relaxing/fun vacation here. This apartment is fabulous - as good or better than the pictures on the listing - very clean and spacious, and right in the middle of South Beach so there is no need for a car. Great views of the water and beach and ocean drive, but suprisingly quiet, so you can get some rest too. All that South Beach has to offer (the beach, restaurants, night life, wild/fun people, etc..) is within steps of this property. The owners and property manager were very helpful and could not have been nicer. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

Our March 2011 South Beach Vacation

The apartment was great--beautiful views of the beach, comfy furniture and a nice fridge and kitchen. The unit also has a washer/dryer and the building and elevator have key card only access for extra security (not that you need it, I found this area to feel extremely safe). The building location on South Beach is great. Really you couldn't not ask for a better spot. Walk right across the street and you are in Lummus Park. A few more steps and you are on one of, if not the, most beautiful beaches in America. Abundant shopping and dining options are nearby within easy walking distance, including a number of small grocery stores. The transaction with the unit owner was super easy. He faxed us an agreement, we signed it, and the charges were billed to our credit card in two installments as agreed upon. Checking in and out was easy and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo and superb location

We stayed at the apartment in March 2011, a family of 4, with girls aged 11 and 13. The apartment was even better than what can be seen on the website - spacious, two large bathrooms, all white and SoBe-ish (i guess :). The sleeper sofa in the living room easily sleeps 2 kids; the bed in the bedroom could have been king size but that's a minor thing really. The owners were very prompt to reply and everything went smoothly with payment and the whole rental arrangement. If you like the Art Deco district (which for us was one of the main attractions of Miami Beach), you really couldn't find a better location. Steps from everything - the gorgeous beach, some nice eateries, the Lincoln Street Mall, and lots and lots of beautiful Art Deco buildings. Highly recommended!

Spectacular Beach View

We stayed here for about a week in April. The location and spectacular beach view were simply amazing. The condo itself was clean and impeccable. David answered all our e-mails very promptly, so you can rent here with confidence - the pictures you see on this website are what you get! There are restaurants everywhere, but you can also pick up groceries on Washington Ave. between 14th & 15th St. (Art Deco Cafe). There is simply no where else we would want to be in South Beach! Thanks again David.

We ave been a lot of times to Miami Beach, but this was absolutely the best time we ever had. We felt so comfortable in your appartment and everything was so quick and easy to reach. Just a few steps from the ocean. I don´t need to talk about the great customer service or the cleanliness of the appartment, just look at the photos. The view is amazing. For us, it´s definately the best place to stay in SoBe. Thank you David for everything. We will definately like to choose you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Miami Beach at David's condo. The location is prime and the view is spectacular. If you are into people watching and being part of the upscale ambiance of Miami Beach, this is the right place (I have never seen so many Ferraris, Mazzerattis and Rolls Royces in my entire life ) ! We walked to shopping, dining and the beach and even though we had a car it stayed parked (except for our visit to the aquarium). We cooked dinner one night and found the kitchen quite adequately stocked. Thanks again for renting to us on such short notice.

We stayed at this property in Feb. 2010 for the Super Bowl. It was a lovely condo. Very clean and spacious. The owner is very nice, was attentive, and provided great customer service. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. I am VERY picky and immediately upon arrival, I was happy. Thank you David! I will be recommending this property to family and friends.

Wonderful Getaway

Completely enjoyed my stay. Was a quick get away weekend with three girlfriends. Condo was close enough to everything and at the same time didn't have to deal with the noise some of the other properties on Ocean Drive have to deal with. Owner was very friendly. There is a garage next door if you'd like to park but we didn't have a car so I'm not sure how much it was. The condo we rented was very room and had 1 1/2 baths so we wouldn't be stuffed in one bathroom trying to shower and do our hair. If it is a girls weekend, you do have to be some kind of scantily dressed to bypass the long lines as they're kinda choosey if you're a woman and you have too many clothes on :)
