Welcome to The Carlyle, the finest of South Beach's Historic Art Deco residences. We offer you the best location within The Carlyle where you will enjoy views of the street scene and the ocean from every room. There are only two units directly facing the Atlantic at Ocean Drive and 13th Street.
1250 Ocean Drive (corner of 13th Street) – one block from the Versace Mansion and The Tides – at the center of Ocean Drive restaurants and night life. The super-fantastic 12th Street Beach is just outside the door.
The Ocean Front apartment has a Master Suite with separate water closet (toilet and bidet), shower/Jacuzzi and double-sink vanity rooms. A large separate bath and shower as well, accessed from the common rooms.
Living Room has a sofa-bed, plasma TV, DVD and exceptional ocean views. Dining Room seats four. New furnishings, Miele kitchen appliances and gorgeous Italian glazed white porcelona floors throughout.
Ocean views from every room -- even the bathrooms. Located a couple blocks north of the 'noisier' Ocean Drive clubs; with our very secure windows and shades, a good night's rest is possible, if that is what you need.
Parking across the street in a large City Structure at 13th and Collins; however, at this location a car is not needed. We recommend the Avis company at 23rd and Collins (10 blocks north) for a daily rental if a day trip is desired. Fixed rate cab fare from MIA is $32, plus tip.
