Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rates start at $1500/wk beginning May and vary depending on the week you rent.
In the height of the season our 6 bedroom house rents for a low $3800/wk!
In season check in is 1:00 P. M. on Saturday and check out is 10:00 A.M. Saturday.
During off season we offer weekend rates of $250/nt. per couple- children free!
Off season is October through April

My four siblings and I just inherited our beautiful vacation home from my parents. We are very excited to be able to rent our vacation home out so others can enjoy one of the most desirable vacation resorts in the USA! We have enjoyed Avalon for many, many years.

(Avalon, NJ)—Avalon has been formally recognized by having one of the Top Ten beaches in the entire state of New Jersey. That announcement was made today during a media event this afternoon in Sandy Hook, New Jersey. Avalon’s beaches placed seventh in the state during an online survey at njtoptenbeaches.org. The balloting process took three months, and resulted in more than 16,000 votes being cast. “This is great news for Avalon residents and visitors”, said Avalon Mayor Marty Pagliughi. “Once again, there is overwhelming proof that residents and visitors appreciate Avalon’s beaches, and recognize the borough’s restoration efforts that have been ongoing for decades”.
