  I stayed for one week and was extremely impressed with the accomodation and the friendly and helpful owners, Helen and Eric. The condo was very clean and was very much a home from home, with all required ammenties and more. Bedrooms, living area and kitchen are very spacious and well suited to both a family, or couples vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accomodation and would strongly recommend to all. Hope to return soon!

  This was a perfect getaway. My dad, 3 kids and I stayed here when my oldest son went to go workout at Pirate City Baseball complex. It was very accomedating with a full stock kitchen, 2 nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living area was very spacious with plenty of seating. We absolutely loved how the pool was a short walk and driving distance to beach, shops and restuarants were very reasonable. If you are looking for a very beautiful and relaxing vacation I would highly recommend renting this unit.

  What a wonderful vacation! This Condo is clean, comfortable and very convenient to the beaches, golf and great restaurants in the area. During spring break/Easter the areas of Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, and St Pete's were very crowded so we really appreciated the quiet location to return to. The description of the Condo was accurate on VRBO. The owners Helen and Eric were a delight to work with and helped make our vacation worry free! We would most definitely make a return visit to this little slice of heaven :)

  Shorewalk is not new.My estimate is the complex is about 25 years old.Everything is very well maintained,Grounds,pool areas,clubhouse,tennis courts.sidewalks.Shorewalk is also quiet.WE never heard a thing after 10pm. Location is also very nice.We walked to Cortez Rd. (5 minutes} to grocery store,restaurants etc. Eric's condo has been updated. Well equipped and furnished.Eric is also excellent to deal with.Always responds with in a couple hours to an email. If I need a condo rental in the Bradenton area again I will try and deal with Eric.The only problem I. see is you must reserve at least a year in advance.The winter months are already booked.WE were fortunate to book a week in March 11 months in advance

  We have been visiting Shorewalk for over 25 years and previously used the Owners Pool system, on meeting Eric & Helen last year we decided to book this Condo and were very pleased we did, this unit is extremely well fitted to cover all aspects of any Holiday Let. The view from the Patio Lanau is nicely located attracting the Sun from south facing all day, It is decorated to a high standard in view of previous units we have stayed before. Will certainly be in touch with Eric & Helen when we will hopefully return next year. Good Luck with lettings during next year but try and keep space for us.. Eric Kay & Sue from Newcastle UK

  Just returned from a lovely vacation at Shorewalk. The condo was more than what we expected. Very clean, private, comfortable, and affordable. Very easy access to park and enter. Pools and hot tub great. Most favorite was screened in porch next to pond. Owners were lovely people to deal with. Never met but had nice conversations on phone. Would highly recommend and stay again. Ray & Pam

  I rented this condo for a long weekend for myself and my son, his wife and two children, 8 & 6. So very much better than trying to fit all in one or two hotel rooms, and less expensive, also. The condo was quiet, beautiful views, a huge pool and hot tub not 300 yards away, and about 8 miles from the beach or less. The furnishings were very nice, the mattresses excellent, there is internet access, and all linens and maid service after leaving are included in the price. The "beach closet" had everything you could possibly think of for a trip to the beach. There was master bedroom with a king size bed, two twins in the other bedroom, a Lazy-Boy fold-out sofa bed, and a roll-away available. The washer-dryer was a godsend. I highly recommend. The owners were very gracious and wonderful.

  Shorewalk is a grate place for a vacation. Among their two bedrooms appartments, quite nice, some owners have redone their units. It's the case of Helen & Eric. They've done a superb job as can be seen in the pictures on this website. So after enjoying the sun, we loved to come back "home" and relax in their wonderfull apparment. To top it all, we managed to meet Helen and Eric, who were there at the time, and were glad to do so because they are very friendly and hospitable. We hope to return next year and continue to visit. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine. Helene et Denis, Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec.

  Having visited Shorewalk at least once a year for the past 20, we have stayed in a number of various units. This one rates as one of the best we have had. Good, quiet location, lovely views over the lake, and a completely bug free lanai! Thank you Eric and Helen, we will be back!
