We are located on the southern coast of the island, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the small fishing village of Esperanza.

Great location. Nice views of the Caribbean. Walk to restaurants of Esperanza, safe neighborhood, very nice on-site owners who are very accommodating. We cooked in most meals due to the well-stocked kitchen. Very nice garden on-site and a lovely, shaded porch that wraps around the apartment. Next time we would consider not renting a car because you can walk to a couple beaches from the house in 10 minutes. Neighborhood does have roosters (which is typical of PR neighborhoods) so bring ear plugs; but, it is all part of the charm and my sense is no part of Vieques is without a rooster within earshot. Overall, great value for the money and you couldn't have two nicer owners.
