  This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property. As mentioned in my previous review; this is absolutely the nicest villa that I ever stayed at in Kingston Plantation and I have been vacationing here since 2000. Kevin and Rebecca keep their home away from home very clean and well maintained. You can tell that the property is not only a rental property but cared for like a home. The location offers a peaceful setting but is just a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Kingston Plantation is also a great location that puts you in the middle of Myrtle Beach activities like Broadway at the Beach but also attractions in North Myrtle Beach like Barefoot Landing. Tanger Outlets and Wal-mart are right down the road. It is easy to pick up items for week and convenient if you forget anything! The town of Little River is close by, just north of Kingston; it also has some interesting activities like La Belle Amie Winery and fishing/boating opportunities. The layout of the villa is also very nice with the spacing of the bedrooms and having 3 bathrooms. Kevin manages his rental process in a very easy streamlined manner. There really is nothing I would change about the entire experience and I would definitely stay again. Our family had a great time and everyone appreciates having such a nice place to stay.

  We were so pleased with your villa! We arrived to an immaculate, updated, and comfortable home away from home. We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 20 years and your place was the best yet. We particularly loved the location - close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We even walked to the Tangers Outlet Mall! Thanks for having us and hope tt rent again next time we come to MB.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It was extremely clean, comfortable and had plenty living space....not to mention it is set back on a quiet court and surrounded by trees and walking paths. The villa is super close to a pool and the location provides easy access to the beach and Embassy Suites hotel amenities. Plus, the owners were great to work with and very accommodating. We were also very impressed with the Kingston Plantation resort...well maintained and beautiful! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to visit North Myrtle Beach!

  This condo was perfect in every way. It was just as the pics the owners portrayed! They were very helpful and courtious in the arrangements. Upon entering you saw an absolutely clean home. The decor just welcomed you into a most comfortable home away from home. The kitchen was well equiped and spotless. The living area had very comfortable furniture with a flat screen TV. Each of the bedrooms also had flat screens with DVD players. The beds were so inviting. Sleeping was just a dream away. Everything was was just how you would expect the perfect vacation house to be. It was just a short walk to to beach which we spent hours just relaxing. You were just minutes away from so many activities. We were paticulary fond of the One Show and the Carolina Roadhouse and Hamburger Joes. We just loved it. We will be back next year!

  We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for many years but we have never stayed in such a nice home. We absolutely have NO complaints! This home is in a perfect location. We were close to the ocean, pool and lake. We have a two year old grand daughter who loved feeding the squirrels, ducks, fish and turtles. Our golf cart that was delivered and picked up by A J Carts made it even more fun. Everything about this home including the kitchen, linens and furniture were above and beyond our expectations. Kevin is easy to work with. We want to stay here again next year!

  We highly recommend this condo. We found it nicely decorated, very clean, near pools and ocean. Owners, Kevin and Rebecca, were especially nice to deal with. Yes, this is a 5 Star condo.

  This villa absolutely exceeded our expectations! We have been coming to Kingston for several years for business meetings and stayed at the hotel, but this was the second time we have stayed in a villa for a family vacation. The villa was exceptionally clean, very spacious, loved the privacy of the location! We came with our son and his wife and 3 little girls, the youngest only 7 weeks old! It was a blessing to just walk across the yard to the pool, which the girls loved!! And the friendly squirrels were a special delight to the grandchildren! We will be back!!   This villa was nearly perfect in everyway. Every bit of the home was clean, I never once worried about my kids getting in the floor and playing. Here are a just a few of the things my family appreciated; the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed, the beds where super comfortable and clean, the living room was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable, the windows opened, nice large balcony, and the split bedrooms make all three very private. We also loved the resort. The grounds are very well takin care of, and all of the lakes made it really nice. There are so many pools on the property, that we didn't even see them all. Also in case your concerned about not being able to use the kids water park, my kids never even asked to go. The walk to the beach is actually enjoyable, its all shaded and on pathways. We did drive a couple times which was fine because of all the parking at the Embassy. I was concerned about not being right on the beach but I ended up likeing it better. Another plus about Kingston Plantation is that it seemed very safe, and was quiet. The owners where easy to work with and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa and Kingston Plantation to any family!

  I have been staying at Kingston Plantation since 2000 and this property is by far the nicest villa I have ever stayed in. I have always booked through the hotel; this is the first time that I stayed at a private home. I have stayed in the basic villas and recently the “special villas” over the past few years. The special villas are the ones closest to hotel and beach and the most expensive per night. These villas probably are the most used as well. The last villa that I booked through the hotel was in such poor condition from marks on all of the furniture, non-functioning appliances to broken off towel bars etc.. This villa is right behind the special villas and in even a better location in my opinion. I loved being close to the smaller private pool and not being right next to the main road by the hotels. The kids really liked the small lakes surrounding this group of villas. We could see tons of fish and turtles in them. The turtles will come right up to you. The actual difference in distance to the beach between the “special” front road villas is probably 30 seconds or less walking. The villa is less expensive per night too. This year we saved a lot of money and had a nicely decorated, very clean, well maintained, beautiful home to stay in. As another reviewer mentioned, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everyone really appreciated that and it made getting showered/ready much easier. Kevin was wonderful to deal with. You can tell that the owners take very good care of their property. You can easily communicate with them if you need to by phone and email. My deposit was quickly returned as well. It was a terrific experience and I would definitely stay again!

March 30th to May 31st and Sept 1st to Dec 31st 2013 $200/night or $1300/week.
3 night minimum.  Add $125 cleaning fee for stays under one week.
June 1st to June 29th and August 3rd to August 31st 2013 $1900/week.
June 29th to August 3rd 2013 $2300/week. All Summer weeks Saturday to Saturday
An additional $250 security deposit refundable after exit inspection.
50% deposit and signed contract must be received within 7 days of booking.
Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
