  As the title suggests! To sum it all up we also have stayed in over a dozen homes over the years and this is by far the best ever. Just as advertised and Carol was right on track with all our requests. North Rim, Bryce and Zion perfect day trips. I forgot how beautiful Utah was (visited back in the 1980's) being from the northeast.

  We came to SW Utah to mountain bike at Gooseberry and the surrounding trails. We had a group of 7 and this house was perfect for us. This is, by far the nicest VRBO rental I've ever rented and that's saying alot because I've rented them in numerous states and several countries. There is a huge, 3 car garage to work on our bikes and a hose to wash them down. The entire house was very well appointed and extremely well stocked. For us, the back yard with the pool and jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. For thhat reason alone, we'll be back!!

  We stayed at the home in Virgin during the first week in October 2012, and had a wonderful time! The house is immaculate and well-maintained. It is by far the best vrbo home that we have ever rented! It provides a perfect situation for couples to stay, with the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great, and well used. The management was easily accessible and cooperative. The home is in close proximity (15 minutes) to Zion National Park, where we drove each day to hike. It was also less than ten minutes to a good grocery store in LaVerkin. We also enjoyed the Mexican food at Lulita's restaurant in LaVerkin, as well as Oscar's in Springdale. We highly recommend this vacation home!

  We just returned from a weeks stay at this home with our kids (20 and 17). We all LOVED it! It was a wonderful place to come back to after hiking/biking at the parks. It's a beautifully deocrated home with every bell and whistle. We felt like we were living in luxury! It was an easy drive to either Sringdale or LaVerkin/Hurricane for dinner some nights. I would highly recommend to anyone! We also thought this would be a great area to retire to! We had amazing weather in early July!

  My 5 old friends and I rented this house for a long weekend in October, and we all agreed this was by far the nicest vacation rental that any of us have stayed at. Because it was newly built for sale as a high-end second home, it has great finishes (nicer than our own houses); a beautiful pool and hot tub that was perfect to come home to after a day of hiking in and around Zion; and nice extras like wi-fi, a big flatscreen tv, new washer/dryer, garbage disposal, etc. We fit very comfortably into the 4 bedrooms and took advantage of the full kitchen and outdoor grill. There are great views of surrounding mesas, and because it is so far the only home in the subdivision, it felt quite secluded. The house was also very easy to get to (less than 2.5 hours from McCarren Airport, where we flew to/from) and only 15 minutes or so from Zion itself. Finally, the owner was very easy to deal with, and the property was clean and stocked as promised. All-in-all, very highly recommended.

  Agree with the previous reviews-- home is absolutely stunning, and the pictures do not fully show the beauty and detail of the plush accommodations, as it really is the model home. Kitchen was well stocked, as was the pantry, including generous supplies of shampoo/shower gel, etc. We really enjoyed cooking in each night and relaxing-- especially as there were no great restaurants nearby. Had enjoyable day trips to both Zion and Bryce. This property is the only home built on the 50+ unit development, which is actually wonderful as it allows for beautiful, panoramic views. Property manager was excellent and very helpful. We hope to return and share this gorgeous discovery with our friends.

  We stayed there back in Janaury.... Great and comfortable home. 10 minutes from some great hiking in Zion... star gazing at night was the best of any place Ive been... The owners were great to work with... Wish I could retire to this place. Highly recommended.

  This place was even better in person. I stayed here for my trip to Zion and after hiking the Narrows all day this pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing and the view of the sunset while in the pool was spectacular. The home is well decorated and spacious. My girlfriend I can not wait to return to this place on our next trip to Zion.

  Just got back from a week staying at this exceptional property. It is basically a model home that has numerous amenities and is close enough to all that Zion has to offer. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is very inviting after long days of hiking. The beds are comfortable. The owner has made sure that all the little things are taken care of. I have used VRBO numerous tijmes and this property is the best one to date.
